This shouldnt be common behavior thats animal abuse and they should be punished!!! There are animal cops that would lock their a**es up. I would tell your neighbors they will be greatful and if they arent or knew about it then reporting then to any local animal shelter would do the trick.

I might be touchy because my dog died over the weekend so I am going to say this as nicely as I can. Get off the computer and call the police or animal control. If you do not feel comfortable doing that then at the very least talk to the parents. Because, you see, you are witnessing animal abuse and you are becoming just as guilty as the teens because you did nothing to stop it. You must do something before the teens behaviour progresses into even worse activities. Please help this dog because at this point you are the only one who can. Thank you.

Are you kidding, you saw a dog get abused and you said nothing!!!
Of course you should say something, the dog can't say anything, YOU are all it has!!! If you are decent friends like you said, then what is the problem with telling them their children are abusing their dog????? You should have gone over there screaming at them to leave the dog alone and taken it from them!!
Please, please inform the neighbors so this poor dog does not have to suffer anymore!
Unfortunately, kids think it's funny torturing animals and it is becoming more common.

Call the local SPCA or animal control officer. Too much horseradish can make the dog ill. Horseradish isn't toxic to dogs. It's used for some all- natural dog foods. But, giving a dog too much of it, can hurt their stomaches.

Definitely go confront the neighbor. they might be abusing the poor doggy. If they get mad, call the police. All friendships can be repaired but if he dog dies than he will not be coming back. Think about if it was your pet (even if you don't have a pet, think of what it would be like if you did). And if that dog was to die than you would feel so guilty that you didn't do anything. And how would you feel if you were the dog being abused? And there was somebody who knew it but wasn't doing anything? Please confront them ASAP so that that living breathing dog can still remain a living breathing dog.

Sombra summed it up nicely. It grew to become right into a warning sticky label they caught on the gate to work out if the vendors are purposely neglecting the canines. If the sticky label/paper is bumped off or torn then they are going to be attentive to and could grab the canines. the owner are meant to call a great selection on the sticky label, in the event that they dont Animal administration will take the canines and locate it a sparkling residing house, the vendors will maximum possibly be charged. in case you may safely get to the canines, then please provide it some water and foodstuff, yet attempt to no longer smash that sticky label or paper it is on the gate.

I would certainly tell the neighbors, maybe even call the police. That's animal cruelty and should not be tolerated. Since you're friendly with them just tell them about it. And let them take care of it. I'm sure they'll be just as upset, if not more. Some teenagers just do stupid stuff and don't think about it. Sounds like they just really need to grow up. But tell the parents and let them take care of it.

No, This is diffently not common behavior for teenagers these days and you should call an animal control center before they try doing something worse to that dog.

This is animal cruelty and the kids need to be taught a lesson. Call the Humane Society and explain that you would prefer if your name was not disclosed to the neighbor because you don't want to create additional trouble, but you feel it is important to report the incident. They will not give your name out when responding to the call.
As far as teenagers go, my son would never do anything like that because I raised him better and don't allow him to hang out with kids who would do these things.
