the first one is the sign for anarchy- breakdown of order following the collapse of a state

The second one is the sign for DC shoes- DC Shoes is an American based footwear company in Vista, CA founded in 1993 who specialize in producing shoes for skateboarding as well as snowboarding boots and outerwear. They are often referred to as DCSHOECOUSA. On March 10, 2004, DC Shoes was acquired by Quiksilver.

The 1st is a Circle-A, that is almost certainly the best-known present-day symbol for anarchy. It is a monogram that consists of the capital letter "A" surrounded by the capital letter "O". The letter "A" is derived from the first letter of "anarchy" or "anarchism" in most European languages and is the same in both Latin and Cyrillic scripts. The "O" stands for order. Together they stand for "Anarchy is Order," the first part of a Proudhon quote.

The 2nd is just the logo of Dolce e Gabbana (made of a D and a G intertwined), the Italian stylist brand (http://eng.dolcegabbana.it).
