Well ebay is good but it will sucks new people like you by charging very high listing fees.
I will advise you to get expert in making listings, organise what sells, what not, get what people are searching etc etc by listing your items one by one for free at free auction website called www.ioffer.in
Once you get hang of how to sell and make a listing, then go to eBay or try to get website like www.luckya.com where auctions, and store are in built.
I have been helping companies sell online since past 3 years and can help you.
