My one month old has the hiccups ALOT. I know they are normal. But I was just wondering if anyone had things they did for the infant to get rid of hiccups.

Addison Rhea -10-Her middle name is pronounced Rey-Ugh. it doesn't look to pretty but sounds wonderful!

first off im 39 weeks pregnant today..since early this morning around 2 or 3 my right hip was hurting bad, till then i had to constantly switch sides because the pain was so terrible. ohh and before my hip starting hurting this morning i had my First Contraction..like i actually felt my stomach get hard for a few seconds and i felt like i had to take a dumb *tmi* it wasnt unbearable though, i jus had to breath it out and it went away. well havent felt one similar since and its now 5 pm. but just a few minutes ago the middle part of my stomach just starting hurting bad, not like i had to use the bathroom, it felt like my stomach was being squizzed on the inside and it lasted like 15 seconds then went away..i was eating cereal at the time so im not sure if it was the food or a contraction...pls help..and when do you think ill go into labor im 3cm dilated and about 70% effaced..the baby has dropped like a couple of weeks ago..im a first time mommy..so i need all the info i can get.thanks!

my 9 yr old is a very happy friendly outgoing kid, involved in activites in and out of school and seems to have lots of fun when she is with her friends. however anytime she wants to play with someone it is me that is always calling to schedule a playdate- they never call to plan one first. i either email or she leaves a message on their machine to see if they can play. we either never hear back or after I email again they respond. im tired of us being the ones to instigate the playdate, yet i think if we didn't she would never play with anyone. she is always talking about her good friends - at this age is everyone a (good/best friend) I dont remember !!!!
I just want to have someone call her for once and ask to play. she has lots of friends and when we do connect they dont say no......HELP WHAT SHOULD WE DO

My son is 5 and he does not eat much meat, vegies, he will only have certian things on his sandwiches. If food is touching on his plate he will not eat it. He cries all the time he has been having night terrors sicnce he was a baby. He is on multi vitimans because he does not eat much. If he is at a babysitters house he will simply not eat anything. I am at my wits end all I want is for him to be happy he gets frustrated very easy. I have a 8 year old girl whom has never had any of these problems. What could be wrong with my son?

HELP PLEASE!!!! My baby is one month old and i have not enjoyed him since he came home. He crys for everything for example, when he's being burped. held, walked, in the car, in the swing, music on, music off in the crib, in the bed, I have when as far as letting him cry it out and still nothing he just cry ALLLLL the time!!!! The only time he might not cry is when he's sleeping, or laying on his stomach and I don't want him too be on his stomach all the time because of (SID) i need HELP!!!!!! what eles could i do.

*my twin brother wants to know not me* lol ok anyways like 40min ago my mom was like "quit playing with a soccer ball inside the house go put it away." Well my mom left to go to the store like 30min ago...and just now my brother kicked the ball, being the stupid person he is, and it went onto the end table and broke some vase...I am still laughing at that he is such an idiot. lol, anyways he wants to know how to fix a vase...if there is a way.

I have been having many pregnancy symptoms for about 2 weeks now. We had our second son in May 2007 and my periods have been average 24 days since then. Today is day 28 of my cycle and still no period. I had a BETA HCG (quantitative) done friday which would be day 26 pf my cycle. I am pretty sure ovulation occured day 16 of cycle. Could I still be prego or no?

My girls both have blankets that they'd have since they were born. My three year old calls hers "Nilla" I don't know how that started. My six year old calls hers "Gigi" because there is a little giraffe on hers, and thats how she said it when she was little [miss those days ;)]

I've never understood what the problem is. Is it because they think mothers don't want to get pregnant again so soon? Or is there an actual, medical reason?

Is it hard to go for six weeks without having sex? Do most people break that rule? If you have, did anything bad happen?

how can i bring my labour on im getting really uncomfortable and having a lot of braxton hicks pains that are getting stronger every time i have them and the doctor wants to induce me in next week but i do not want to be induced if i can help it. i have tried all the usuall sex, hot curry, driving over bumps, pinapple, raspberry leaf tea, i don't want to go down the route of caster oil because that can make you really ill, can any body suggest anything else that i have not tried yet im getting really desperate. help me please
