Although I have four kids, my sister has become pregnant and can't decide between the two. Will people know how to pronounce Alexia? (A-Lex-ee-A) So which do you like better?

I like Alexia better and I didn't have any trouble pronouncing it. You could nickname her Lexi if you wanted. I love that name.

People will know how to pronounce Alexia, but i like Alexa more. For some reason Alexia sounds like so too skinny girl (a nicole richie looking girl) . Go with Alexa.

I prefer Alexa, but have no problems with Alexia, and think people would have an easy time pronouncing it.

I think that "i" is pretty obvious in the name. I've never liked the name Alexa, so I would probably go with the Alexia. Sounds more elegant to me that Alexa.

Both names are really pretty, but I prefer Alexa. It is pretty easy to pronounce both Alexa and Alexia and they aren't as popular as Alexis. Lexi is a great nickname.

Yes, Alexia is easy to pronounce. I love both names. Alexia is a little less common so use that name.
