I am very happy with my life right now... I don't see a reason to change ANYTHING. But my mother insists that my life will NEVER be complete without having a baby. WHY? PLEASE..What are the goods and the bads on raising children?

On 11/6 my hcg was 277 on 11/8 it was 744 today I had some bright red bleeding and my hcg level was 400. The dr. thinks it is a) early pregnancy b) possible ectopic or c) miscarriage. BUT is waiting until Friday to do another test. She claims that it may be late implantation and I shouldn't worry just yet. Has anyone ever had this happen?

I'm in my 32nd week of pregnancy. My baby is usually very active. But for the past few days I've experienced a great deal of decreased fetal movement. (I've tried many things to trigger movement, it only helps here and there).

The hospital I'm delivering at will not see me unless I have an emergency, and my regular OB/GYN is out this entire month so I'm having a late visit. (6 weeks it will have been since my last visit, and by this time I SHOULD be seeing her every 2 weeks). That doctors office will not assign me to any other doctor unless it's an emergency. I'm terrified of having a stillborn and I just want clarification that what I'm going through is normal. I want them to check on the baby through ultrasound or listen to the heart beat to make sure she's ok, but they won't do anything for me unless my water breaks or something. But what if something IS wrong and something happens to my baby before my next visit? (see the extended information)

My husband i would like to have a baby. He wants one a little further down the road then i do. Is there any way that while we are having sex i could maybe convince him to go that way i can get pregnant. I am ovulating this week and need to get him to go.

I believe its teething as she is crying and i feel the sharp part of the tooth coming through but she may be tired as well right now i put baby oragel on but she is still crying 30 mins later can i give her tyonel? cold suckies arnt doing it

i have a friend who i really want to be godfather as he's helped me so much with my daughter ever since she was born and is pretty much her father!! he's not been christened himself though. i've asked at the church if this would be a problem and apparently its against the law. but my godmother wasnt christened, a friend of mine is a godfather and hasnt been christened so does anyone know where i can find something that states its NOT illegal to have a unchristened person as godparent? or indeed if it actually is!?!

Im officially a week late...the last time i tested it was negative, but that was the day I was supposed to start. I've been having headaches, but thats about the only symptom so far. Random bouts of neausea and cramping, but nothing to really whine about :) So, wish me luck and I'll keep you posted :)

I've heard a couple different places that you should avoid lunch meat (unless it's heated) and mayo. Like you can get a illness or something from it..my question is, if you can eat that just fine when you aren't pregnant, why is it more dangerous when you ARE pregnant? I don't see the harm in it. A good sandwich is healthy for you..esp if you don't use the mayo (i use Miracle Whip). Anyone know?

I have a 2-year-old daughter, Jenna Ashlee, and a 7-month-old son Zachary Michael. Both middle names are family names. Michael, a popular one, is the name of my oldest brother and his son, so it was out for the first name, but we liked the people it had already represented, and hoped our son would carry it on.

I noticed that a lot of people are using traditional first names and older, or to put it better, classic middle names that come from their ancestors. I was wondering what parents that had children in the past couple years named their child, what style they used, and/or who they named them after.

Then I went to the Doctors that same nght and took a urine sample and it was negative. Then two days later I took another test that said positive, went to the doctors today for a confirmation. The blood test said I was pregnant. This would be my fourth child, What the hell happend here? Any one else experience this before? My fiancee is very excited even though he was a little doubtful because of that one negative test. And I'm two weeks if you were wondering.

christmas is coming...i'm trying to get a head start if I can...I have two nephews (16 months 10 years) and one niece (seven months)...For the youngest nephew on his birthday...I had a jacket embroidered for him...as a racing jacket..his dad drives a race car..we had jackets made for the adults..so i had my nephews look like the real thing..they loved it...but you never see it on him..i'm stumped at what to get him..the other two..i'm going to do the same coat thing for them...but when it comes to my youngest nephew...he's extremly bright...i guess it runs in the family...he's got all the toys you can imagine...I guess i almost feel like theres a competition in a way..between me and my sister in law..a bunch of us are very creative...and when it comes to gifts...i try to go for most creative, genious neat gifts...almost one of a kind why didnt i think of that...i dont think she likes me to much so it seems when it comes to him and what i give him...so any ideas on what to buy him??

My daughter is 3 in March and I need a name to call her bits. At the moment I just call it a 'wee wee' but I would prefer another name. My mother in law says that you should call it a vagina from the start but I think I would prefer a child-friendly name for the time being, but am stuck on what to use. Any suggestions would be great - the more, the better so I can decide which is best for us. I have been putting it off a bit, but she is inquisitive and I need to be able to call it something. My 11 year old son has just started senior school today, after having three months off, with bowel trouble, frequently going to the loo.He has had blood test etc done , which all came back clear. He was doubled up in pain, complaining of trapped wind all day at school, which he's not much better this evening. All the school seems worried about is him catching up his school work. I informed them that at the weekend he started bleeding from his rectum. They don't seem to care. I'm thinking of keeping him off school now until we know what we are dealing with. We are waiting for an appointment at the childrens hospital to arrive in the next few days. Do you think i'm being unreasonable?

Quick question if your standing in front of the toilet and two pencils are flushed down but they go stright north not south to your end..Is the toilet still safe and useable? I tried taking the pencils out but they are long gone on the other hand the toilet still works though....is it safe to use than?
