At 8 months of age, she can have Infant Motrin. It lasts 8 hours and works like a charm.

If you use pickles, make sure you put them in a munchkins mesh feeder bag so she will not bit a piece off.

Good luck!

There are mesh teethers that you can put frozen fruit in. Sometimes, babies do not like the frozen plastic teethers, since they are plastic. But the mesh teethers, can hold fruit which also tastes yummy. You can also give Tylenol or Motrin. I think they recommend Motrin more for teething because it helps more with inflammation. How old is she? Call your Doc for a correct dose.

do not subject too lots ... all domestic dogs bypass with the aid of teething, and definite, it rather is painful for them ... yikes, my domestic dog lost 7 tooth in 3 days! it is likewise completely regular in the event that they lose interest in eating at the same time as this is going on ... assuming that your domestic dog is healthful and has been nicely-bored to death till now, it won't injury him in any respect if he would not consume for some days at a time. in case you like to, you should upload slightly heat water to his kibble, or maybe slightly pork or poultry broth ... or you should completely ruin him with scrambled eggs for some days! it rather is as much as you ... the two way, your domestic dog would be high quality. as long as he's exhibiting no different warning signs of ailment, do not subject if he isn't eating good now. whilst my pup develop into teething, not even his very-maximum-renowned liver treats might tempt him! determine he has water available, that's what's maximum obligatory ... and in case you're heavily worried, call your vet ... i'm incredibly particular they are going to inform you to not subject! good success!

There are some tablets for teething babies that dissolve instantly. I don't rember the name of them but they should be in the same area as Oragel. They are sold at your local drug store. The main ingredient is chamomile so it won't harm your baby. They are soothing and I used them on my babies.

How old is your baby? How much does your baby weigh? These are all important questions to ask before administering INFANT tylenol. My recommendation is to call the on-call pediatrician at your local hospital. Explain how your baby is acting and how the ora gel and suckies aren't working. Make sure you take her temperature before you call, because that will be one question he/she asks you. Ask what he/she recommends for pain and HOW much to give her.

You can give her Tylenol - at a dose that's appropriate for her weight - check with your pharmacist or pediatrician if you're unsure. Baby orajael can burn tender gums, so watch it with that. Give her a cold wet washcloth or frozen bagel to gnaw on too.

My mom said I teethed on big garlic dill pickles. My boss gave her son a hard pretzel to chew on....

Good luck!!

Yes, Tylenol is safe for teething pain. I agree with the first poster ... the clean, wet washcloth is a good aid, as well as a popsickle if you don't mind the mess, but watch her with it so she doesn't get choked.
