i had sex a couple of days ago we used a condom but afterwards the condom just fell off it wasn't inside of me or anything but is there anything to worry about getting pregnant since it just fell off does this mean something went wrong

Unless it fell off near your vagina, I wouldn't worry too much.

I dont think you have thing to worry about. It probably was slippery and just slid off. As long as it wasnt in you when it came off and there was still fluid in the condom then I think your alright!!
