How long did it take? How old was the first child? Did you or they use any herbs or anything? I'm breastfeeding my 2 month old, but I wanted to TTC #2 soon. I don't want to stop breastfeeding my daughter just to get my cycle back..it's not fair to her. I just want some hope! I want to have her a sibling close in age to her.

Here I am 22 weeks into my pregnancy and have had minimal prenatal care. I've been in the "process" of applying for Medicaid now since JULY! They tell me today that they DENIED my application b/c my "pregnancy hasn't been verified." The proof from the Doctor with my Due Date on it (as they require) was turned in with my original application in July.

I have been having really painful spasms in my back and I've miscarried during my 2nd trimester of pregnancy TWICE now. The last time was just a little over 9 months ago.

I have no insurance. I'm not registered to deliver with any hospital. I don't have a DR. I have no idea if I am still carrying a live baby or what is going on with my body at this point.

Some people have told me to go to the ER.
Others have told me to go to a L&D instead.

I'm wondering if anyone knows if I can just walk into any old L&D and get service?

If so, WHAT DO I SAY?

Will they do an ultrasound and tell me what's going on?
Would L&D even see me?

I stood up from my desk chair and had really intense pain for about 15 seconds in my ribs, my shoulders, my neck and in my lower back and hips all at the same time.

Im 35 weeks and just want to make sure it was not some symptom of some complication I havn't been hit with yet - before I call and panic anyone since i am home aloen with my toddler at the moment

I watch my sister's kid in the afternoon. The other day he brought a friend over. The friend had to go to the bathroom. I showed him where it was at. A few minutes later he announced that he was 'ready'. When I asked him what he was ready for he said 'wiping'.
I showed him the toilet paper. He said 'Mommy does that.' I said mommy's not here and I'm not going to do it, you need to. The kid had a fit and ended up just pulling up his pants.
My sister later informed that the kid's mother was furious that I let her kid walk around with an unwiped backside. My position is that I did everything reasonable and that if the kid can't wipe his own butt by age seven there's something wrong with his parents.

I am 12 dpo and having sharp pains in my mid pelvic area (probably where my uterus is). They aren't extremely painful but VERY noticable and they aren't cramps. I am due for a period by the 15th. Does anyone have any idea what this is?

I've been hearing about ectopic pregnancy and I had read something about rectal pressure being associated with that, and that has happened a couple of times to me. I was wondering is it possible to have an ectopic pregnancy after you've had an u/s that has shown the amniotic sac and fetus? My doctor said everything looked great, so is it still possible or am I just being anxious? by the way, 11 weeks pregnant.

I have a 3yo girl who just won't play or mix with other kids. in playgroup, preschool, parties or at the park, she just stays with either my wife or I and won't associate with other kids. Yes, an only child, but she does enjoy playing, going on the rides at the park etc, but only alone. She is the same with adults, shies away from anyone who goes near her. Anyone else experienced this and what can we do to make her feel more at ease with others? She has almost daily exposure with other kids, so its not that she doesn't see other children often.

My oldest son will be 2 in November. I need a little advice on, I guess better discipline or something. Ok heres the deal, when I take him out somewhere and he doesn't get his way he acts like a total....MONSTER. I mean, screaming, crying, (fake of course). I spank him and it doesn't help.
