Yes. You can even get pregnant even if it wasn't in you. I just read in a magazine that if you are "dry-humping" with underwear on sperm can still get through the little fibers and you can become pregnant.

Pre-ejaculation still contains sperm. A guy cannot feel when this happens as it is only a few drops, but there are still thousands of sperm in it. If you do not want to get pregnant either don't have sex or get on the pill AND make him wear a condom (The pill does not protect against STDS)

Dont DO IT! inspite of condoms theres consistently a raffle of having pregnant, and the pulling out ingredient, does not paintings. I actually have a son and yet another toddler on the way, the two cases ive been pregnant, my bf 'pulled out'.

Pre-ejaculation can cause the fertilization of a fetus but it is not always 99 %accurate. So my best advice would be to always use a condom or use KY jelly contraceptives. Because sperm lasts up to 7 days.

Yes, there's always a chance of some semen coming out before the actual ejaculation. It's rare but possible.
