sharlene is just pronoucned how it looks "Shar-leene" but im not sure if Bette would sound better as "Betty" or "Bet"

Hi all,
Im trying to locate my friend's birth mother with her.
We are stuck and don't know where to start so if any one can help us we would be most grateful.

The details are:
Birth mother
Joyce Margert Hunter (nee?) born in 1949 in yorkshire

Gave birth to Alison hatcher at south sydney womans hospital camperdown n.s.w.Alison was adopted through the agency Sydney rescue work society adoption agency at 3 weeks of age.
Joyce had tried to get Alison back after the adoption.

Please any 1 that knows joyce or could point us in the right direction email or post!

If you have ever had teenage daughter under the age of 18, and she got pregnant during that time, what did you think of it? Did you blame yourself? Did you wonder where you went wrong? Did you feel that you didn't raise your daughter right? If you are a mother, did you think it was because you were a single mother and your daughter had no father? Or did/do you think something was wrong with your daughter and she was crazy for doing that?

Or if you have a daughter at all, what would you think about this situation?

I am a teen and no I am not pregnant nor have I ever been. I see about 5 pregnant girls at my school and I just wonder this about their parents. It leaves me baffled.

My son is very shy when he gets asked questions he shuts down. This is him that is how he is. His teacher keeps insisting that he is to young for kindergarten he is 4 he will be 5 on oct. 8th. His father and I both agree that he is fine that he will do fine but he needs some time to adjust. HE"S JUST A KID. His teacher is very strict and we don't care for her much. we think that if we pull him out it will be the same next year. I really don't think one more year is going to matter cause this is who he is. so on to the question. CAN HIS TEACHER LEGALY KICK HIM OUT?

I'm 12 weeks pregnant and I've been trying to come up w/ a list of baby names to consider. I know its a little early for thinking of names but I'm so excited to be having a baby! lol. The girl's name that my boyfriend and I came up with is Layla Corrinne. However, I cannot think of a boy's name that I like, no matter how many books or websites I look at. To feel special during the pregnancy too.. I seem to be getting loads of attention from him and other family members and he is working very hard to provide for the family and be at my beck and call when I need things helped with.

How can I show him how much I appreciate his help, hardworking, etc...

I want him to feel like a special daddy too!

I am 23 weeks, he talks to my belly, rubs it and kisses it, its so sweet and special he is looking forward to the day he can feel his boy kick him back!!
What can I do to make him feel like a special daddy in the meantime and not just the provider?

If you know what I mean, please provide some helpful tips or suggestions that have worked for you in the past maybe?

my boyfriend's cousin just lost her little baby boy. he was two months old and just didn't wake up... i didn't get to go to the funeral, and i'm not that close with her. but i really want to do something for her so she knows there are people out there thinking about her. my boyfriend said she lost it at the funeral, which is completely understandable. she's devastated. what can i do for her?

I'm thirteen years old. And I don't dress as nicely as most of the girls at school. I wear boot-cut jeans (I like them, I don't think those are a problem), but I don't know what to wear for a shirt! Today I wore a big , chocolate colored t-shirt that said 'Colorado' on it. I'm just really bad at knowing what to wear for shirts. I am 8.5 weeks, and they told me I would be able to see and possibly hear the heartbeat. I am not so much concerned that I didn't get that, but that I did not see a baby at all. All I could see was a sac. My doctor moved my due date later and said I was probably more along 6 weeks. That is impossible though, since you are not technically "pregnant" for the first two weeks and the time I would become "impregnanted" by that timeline is after my husband had already left for deployment. (And no, I do not cheat on him or sleep with anyone else). Is there a chance my baby may have something wrong with it? I have not had any bleeding or warning signs of a miscarriage.
