When I was pregnant I used tea treee oil face wash for my acne and it worked great. I buy mine from Melaleuca.. but, you can get it at your local health food store. Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy! Your acne will most likely go away once your hormones stabilize. :)

Ahhh one of the many joys of hormones. Unfortunately your body does have a mind of its own during pregnancy. Companies such as ten'o'six, clearasil, neutrogena etc have body washes that are specifically for clearing up acne. After pregnancy when your hormones settle down so should your pimples.. Good luck with it all !

Tea Tree Oil, great for acne, is NOT safe during pregnancy, so please don't use that until you give birth.

My acne has been terrible during this pregnancy. After using a sulfur soap (from a health food store) for 2 months, my face cleared up (not all the way), but my chest is covered!

I don't know how great this works, I've heard of mixing baking soda and water and applying it to acne over night.

Talk to your OB.
Meanwhile, use Neutrogena Acne Body Wash.
