Karena Susanne is a combo of my mom and his mom's names.

I like Karena Susanne...I like the fact that they originate from both of the moms.....Its very sweet.

I like Karena Susanne best. I love that it is after family and it is very classy. Olivia and Isabella are both beautiful but they are some common that it takes some of their charm away, at least for me.

Karena Susanne is nice, I like the thought behind it.
Olivia is too old...everyone I kno named this is like 50 lol. Isabella is too...queen of spain during the spanish inquisition lol.

i LOVE the names Isabella and Olivia.
Raelyn is an okay middle name, but I prefer Isabella Brooke or Olivia Claire. I really like one syllable middle names for multi-syllable first names.
Karena and Susanne both sound too outdated and old. Sweet idea though.

Isabella and Olivia are pretty names, but very common. Karena is equally appealing, but especially since it has a family tie, I'd pick it over the others. And I doubt you'll hear it as often as the others when you say (or scream) it on the playground!
