My little 11 year old cousin was wondering about a job she can get to save money for her laptop, she's so responsible. She wants to work for about a month and any money she's short of her mom will fill in. Her laptop will be $500 and she also wants an mp3 player and a digital camera. She wants to do anything except babysitting. Her mother doesn't believe that any child should have to watch a baby. The only thing is what will she do. Her mom says that she and her husband wil buy the mp3 player and camera as a reward for being so responsible but she wants to work for her laptop. She's been saving allowance and has gotten half way to the laptop but she needs another job. What can she do!

I have a 5 day old lil girl and I got a sleep positioner and have been using it since I got home from the hospital but I just read online they are not safe. I thought they helped prevent sids but apparently they don't. Do you moms use these? Has anyone ever heard of them not being safe?? ?Thanks for the advice. I'm a first time mom and nervous...

im concerned i may be pregnant but im not sure, i doubt it. anyways we've got one young baby and i was just wondering - is it possible to live supporting 2 children on an income of $40000 to $50000 per yr? well i guess thats before taxes. so closer to $32000-$41000 after taxes? ive tried to get my husband to go to school to get a different job but hes comfortable where he is and has a hard time coming out of his comfort zone. before being on maternity leave with this child, i worked full time as well. i want to be in a position where i dont have to say ok we CANT afford to have anymore kids and i was just nwondering if this is enough income to support the (potential) 4 of us? if not, whats a more comfortable income?

Okay, my boyfriend and I have not had intercourse. However, there is that "precum" I am worried about. This question is quite urgent, because I read that one can get pregant due to precum and not just intercourse. ok well my husband and i have been experimenting trying to find a type of bc we both enjoy. i used it two days ago with no problems i just found it weird and we tried it again today and after sex i was itchy and crampy and realized the spermicide must not agree with me (im normally sensitive) and i couldnt stand it and had to take it out. i had it in for 2 hrs and the instructions say keep it in for 6 hrs after sex. im due for my period any day now so i figure i ovulated a while ago (mind you i just had a baby 4 months ago and they're kinjd of irregular). i just couldnt keep it in it was like... burning me. is this ok even tho i couldnt follow the directions 100%? would i be mostly covered since it was in there for 2 hrs? would it really take six full hrs to kill it?

this happened to my cousin and im trying to help her out. Okay so she and her mom got into a very heated argument and it got to the part where they were throwing stuff at each other. So my aunt got scared and called one of her friends whose husband is a cop. Well instead of her bringing her husband over, she braught over her 18 yr old daughter and her friend. Mind you my cousin is 14 and very small im talking 4'9'' and about 80 pounds. So she braught her daughter and friend to beat up my cousin. I was just getting there when one of them told my cousin,"come on why don't you come and try to hit me, come on take your anger out on me" then she launched herself at my cousin. My question is can my cousin sue that lady and her daughters for doing that and could her mom get in trouble for letting it all happen without saying anything?
please help me!!!

i went to labor and delivery today due to a decrease in fetal movement, they monitored me and the baby was ok but they didnt seem to be considered about my blood pressure. It was 107 / 71 when i got there (it is usually about 90/60) and right before they discharged me it was 112 / 82 and i had a massive headache, well it has been 5 hours and my head is still killing me and i had my MIL check my blood pressure and it is still high. Should i go back to L and D?? Why werent they worried about my blood pressure? i thought they wouldve waited for it to decrease but instead it went up and they didnt seen to care.

ok well i had a baby 4 months ago and my husband is haivng some issues in the bedroom. we're using condoms becausew of complications with with birth control and we dont want to get pregnant right away again. before getting pregnant when i was on bd we never used condoms in the 4 yrs we've been sleeping together (except right at the start_ anyways i guess you could say he got spoiled and he finally came out and told me hes not enjoying sex as much for this reason. we tried the today sponge but hes quite large and could feel it and i dont really like it much - its weird. is there anything else we can consider as this sex issue is starting to affect our relationship and making things difficult. how should i deal with this and what should i do? anytime he asks me to try something new, i do and im very open minded and hes reassured me its not ME (i did just have a baby- not so confident these days) its the condom issue. and i mean we;re not irresponsible enough to just have sex unprotected.

My son was jsut born 3 days ago and for him being my third child i thought he would weigh more at birth. I know that if he wasn't healthy we wouldnt have been released from the hospital, but I'm just a little concerned or maybe its just post baby blues. He was also born at 38 weeks, does that have anything to do with it? He's eating really well but I'm still very nervous.
