I think it's a unique name. I only knew of 1 Levi but he was a flaming homosexual.

I pronounce it the first way. However, the one Levi I knew was very masculine.
I like the name, though I've lost track of the old buddy.

Well, in this language anyway it's #1. It is a hebrew name and one of the 12 tribes of Israel and one of Jacob's 12 sons. Levi was a preist. It's a nice ancient name. Google it why don't you.
