my daughter is 8 month old, just had her teething bottom coming out, shes in a lot of pain, crying dirhea rash , and now she having a fever 100.3 to 103.6 on and off, i did give her cool bath, tyaonal mediance, all clothes off, but she still hot? im mean what if i took her to ER and it not going to help her?? please help thank you

My sister’s having quads! [ 2 boys & 2 girls ] and she wants me to name them all. I understand that some women say that they "didn't feel comfortable" breastfeeding. Is this because they were molested as children or something? I guess I just don't personally understand and am curious.

i have been reading a few questions tonight and been looking at new baby and pregnancy ones, there are a lot of women out there who are really truly anxious and looking for a few words of support and advice, only to be told really horrible things. i think it is a downright cruel thing to do. surely earning 2 points is no excuse for being nasty and causing obvious upset to someone who is already upset and in turmoil.

sorry, just wanted to say how disgusting i think it is. i hope you agree, although there will be those who say anything to get the points!!!

my kids wont leave their diapers on the are 2, 2 and 1 and i am getting sick of having to clean up poop every morning and every afternoon... they get out of their diapers throgh their onesies keep their onesies on though... i have tried potty trianing but they are only 2, 2 and 1. and its really getting to me help!

Just curious, when a mother is pregnant with quadruplets, does it always result in a C-section? Or are there times where she may (for some reason) deliver them naturally? I've heard of twins being born naturally, but I don't know about quadruplets...

I know questions like this seem to get asked over and over again, but I had to ask for myself. My husband and I have been TTC#1 for 3 months. I have 28-33 day cycles with my last cycle being 33 days and my last period being July 29th. We TTC every other day August 13th-19th. Normally a day or two before my period, my breasts will perk up a bit/swell. This past Tuesday (21st), I woke up with my breasts so sore that I didn't want to wear a bra or even touch them. Towards the end of the day I put on a sports bra to help and ended up sleeping in it that night. They have been tender and very perky :) since Tuesday, but that day was definitely the worst. Not normal PMS. I don't think my breasts have hurt like that since puberty! lol Seriously though... I have a high threshold for pain and they were hurting. I took a test yesterday and it was negative. I should get my period anytime Monday-Friday if I'm not pregnant. I just can't get over how sore my breasts were/are. Any opinions?

So i have taken vitex for six months in order to help balance my hormones. i have seen some improvement. wondering though if the vitex could actually be increasing the time it takes for me to ovulate. dont know if i should only take it after i ovulate eventhough i do have low progesterone.

so my son's getting better at eating rice cereal(we started him a couple of days ago....so common sense tells me he wont be drinking as much formula...
here's what his feeding sch. looks like now...please let me know if sounds normal(ok) to you.

7:30 am - 8oz formula

11:00am- 5 oz formula + 1-1.5 tbs cereal

3:00pm 7-8oz formula

7:00pm 4-5oz formula 1-1.5 tbs cereal

9:30pm 6-8oz formula
(bed)
Sometimes wakes up for a snack(4 oz of formula at 11:30pm

just wanted to know if it sounds about right...I'm so used to him eating 7-8 oz every feeding....so the cereal thing is kinda throwing me off... thanks in advance

My 16 month old decided to get up from her nap early today and put a whole jar of vasoline in her hair. I have washed her hair over 10 times with her shampoo my shampoo and dish detergent with no luck. What can i use to get the stuff out.

I have a co-worker who has a two year old as well. And he is so much smarter than my 2 year old and he is only 2 weeks older. My two year old girl doesnt want to count or do her ABCs and my coworkers 2 year old knows it all!! My daughter used to be able to count to 10 but she will not do it anymore. Also she doesnt know any colors and the other 2 year old knows it all. I have seen him and he is so smart. I am so jealous. Is my two year old okay?

My daughter was born on the 22nd and is small to begin with, only around 6 pounds. I switched to formula after a day and a half of breastfeeding because it wasnt satisfying her. I am pretty set on using formula now. The problem is she was up all night. She ate at least 6 ounces during the night. She was literally just eating and pooping and crying. This morning (just like yesterday) she fell asleep after I fed her around 10:30-11. I tried to wake her up to feed her because she isnt supposed to go more than 3 hours without eating but she was too tired. I tried again but she still just slept. She had 3 wet diapers and more poopy ones than I can remember last night, so I know she got enough to eat. I'm just concerned that she hasnt eaten in 3 1/2-4 hours. What should I do? Will she be okay? Should I just let her sleep to build up a little bit of energy to eat before I freak out about it?
