My 2 1/2 loves "Dora the Explorer", "The Wonder Pets", and "Backyardigans." Those are all on Noggin which is an awesome channel. No commercials and has quality programming for pre-schoolers.

I highly recommend either Dora the Explorer because it teaches kids a second language. Or Go Diego Go because that show teaches them about animals and maybe a little Spanish too.
