i am pregnant with a little girl. i have 3 boys ages 11,8 and 3, this is my first girl any tips on raising a girl, i have 5 brothers i was the only girl, my mom raised me the same as her boys. she has since past how different is diaper changing and what not thanks ladies

The most disgusting thing my daughter has done is when she was having "nakie time" she pooped on the floor then truned around and started stomping in it! GROSS!! LOL! She also likes to splash it the toilet when the lid is up... luckily its always flushed & usually she wont lift the lid if it is down... She also stuck her foot in her potty chair once after she used it to go pee, & it got stuck and pulled the insert out & her pee went all over her & she started crying LOL! I took her foot out & give her a bath.

I was told that when my sister was a toddler she would pick corn out of COW PATTIES & eat it! LOL YUCK!

What nasty things have your lil rugrats done??

My son has never really liked cake and ice cream but I never know what to make for his birthday to make it still seem like a birthday party.I've tried a peanut butter bar cake and Jello molds and those didn't really work either.

My sister is 18 weeks pregnant with her second child. She does not lead a very healthy lifestyle and has struggled with drug and alcohol addictions for several years. A few nights ago, she passed out for a few minutes before she was conscious again. Her blood pressure had hovered anywhere between 60/30-75/40 since then. She is still in the hospital. The doctors have ran 2 or 3 EEGs and are planning an EKG in the next 24 hours. I am unable to be with her or talk to any of the doctors at this time. My mother and sister are not the brightest and they don't understand 100% what is going on. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what could be going on? My mom has said that they aren't telling her anything. My sis's appetite has weakened, she can feel the baby moving, and she feels as if there is a heavy weight on her chest. She said that there should be no reason for any drug tests to come back positive. That's really about all I know.

my fiancee and I have been TTC for about 4 months now. I got my period on the 12 this month.(and it only lasted a few days when i usually last 8 days) and its only the 23, ive been having menstrual like cramps for the past 2 days and AF shouldnt come for another 3 weeks.dont really want to waste money on HPT if we're not. so can somebody please help us with some answers........thanks

I had my contraceptive implant removed 5 weeks ago and just two weeks after I just knew I was pregnant! I waited for my period though and got it on the expected day but it was very light and only lasted about 1 day. I still felt pregnant so took a test which was negative. I have since done others with the same result. I have a feeling in my stomach, the exact same one as when I was pregnant with my daughter, almost like a period pain but slightly different. Can anyone shed some light on this for me? I really am trusting my instincts and know there is definatley something different. Has anyone had the implant removed and then had negative tests but eventually a positive?

He's a very good boy, good student, great son. But unfortunately he doesn't trust me nor his dad. I don't why can't realize why. He doesn't talk with aus about his problems, he tries to solve them on his own.He'd rather get advice from a teacher he likes than from me, though I'm his mom. He doesn't share with us important points of his life. He volunteered to help sone children, especially with math, something really beautiful and didn't say a word to us.
He's been sad lately, depressed, but doesn't tell us what is going on. Why is he like that, what did I do not to deserve his trust? He's nice, I don't have anything to complain, but this is letting me really down. It's terrible for a parent to know her children doesn't trust her.

Hi this is Kelly and I have a question! (I'm using my friend's account). What do you do if your parents won't let you date another person outside your race? How do you explain to them that you really like one another and don't care about each other's skin color (he's white, I'm black btw). He's a really sweet guy and my parents aren't racist, they just don't really believe in interracial dating between our family...or maybe that is racist...lol. idk. But can you guys help me please???

how many ounces of milk does a child this age be taking in? she will only drink 2 bottles of milk a day, her morning & night bottle, 9 oz in each,18 ounces all together. sometimes after her nap, she will (very rarely!) have an afternoon bottle of about 6-7 oz. PLEASE do not criticize, since this brings me up to my next question. how did you wean your child COMPLETELY off the bottle? though, she does drink from a cup, like her juice & water. what are some ways to get her not to have that milk bottle at night time, to fall asleep to? we brush her 12 teeth everyday and night (sorta pointless at night since she goes to bed with milk bottle, thats my problem) i know prolong bottle feeding causes tooth decay, which i wanna try to stay away from.she takes a pacifier at night, so that may help for awhile. but jus wanted to see, how other parents exp. handled these areas? and again how many ounces of milk(in a cup hopefully soon!)should she be getting?and how to stay just on the cup only? thx.

My husband was all for ttc until this last week, the time I am ovulating. Now he doesnt want to do anything. No back rubs, no sex, no nothing. All the sudden he doesnt want to have another baby. Should I be worried that something is going on or just let it go?

I'm 38 wks 3 days and i am 70% efaced and dilated to a 3. my doc. said by the end of the week for sure, but i don't seem to be making any progress. is it possible to strip ones membranes or is that something that should be left for the doctor to do?

i am 21 yrs old n my bf is 23
well i posted a few questions a few days ago
about what the chances of me becomin pregnant were..
since i had unprotected sex ON the day i ovulated and had lots of egg white cm that day too. obviously it was a bad mistake.. =(

since my period is due tomorrow by the latest.. i tested yesterday at 9pm.. the good news is.. i got a BIG FAT NEGATIVE... but i heard you can still misss your period? yesterday would of been 12 days since i had sex

this morning i even felt as if my period was about to start..

but dont u think if i was pregnant it would show on the test by now? it was the "test 4 days early ones"
PLZ TELL ME WHAT U THINK.. i have one more test which i will use this weekend

are my chances of being pregnant still high?
or am i safe now?

i had asked earlier about my strep results and one girl said that she had it and all they did was hook penicillin into her iv......i know im not helping by stressing so much but IF i have it and i need antibiotics....can they use something other than penicillin becuase im allergic to it lol they know im allergic to it, but please tell me there is an alternative!

Hi, I was wondering if any other women have ever experienced this ???? about 7 weeks ago I started having pregnancy like symptoms and Im on Birth control and was not trying to conceive. My doctor thought I was having side effects from the pill. So told me to stop taking it, I have now been off of it for 6 1/2 weeks and my symptoms stopped when I had my last period BUT they came back as soon as it stopped. This is now happening for the second time, my symptoms stopped when I started my cycle and now that it has stopped they are back. I know its not from stopping the pill because I stopped taking it back in December due to loss of insurance and had no problems what so ever. My dilema is that I dont know what is going on w/ me I keep having pregnancy symptoms, I have been tested & it was neg. and I have also been tested for everything else and my Doctor has no idea what is wrong with me, I dont want to be pregnant but feel like I am due to these symptoms. Has anyone else experienced this

I just had a baby three months ago she will be four months on the seventh and i just found out am PREGGO again does anyone have any advice? If my calculations are right I should be around 8 weeks is there a heart beat yet?

I had an ultrasound a week ago and they said I was 19 wks and 6 days. Previous to that the doc told me I was a little over 20 wks. Now I know the ultrasound is supposed to tell you the exact age but I'm confused. As of today I'm 20 wks and 5 days... I husband and I tried to get pregnant April 11th and we only tried that one time. So if I got pregnant around that time should I not be about 4 mths and about 2 wks?? According to the ultrasound I'm now 5 mths. I'm confused...does this sound righ??

My son refuses to sleep in his own bed. He says there are monsters in the closet (says it with a big smile on his face.) I can get him to fall asleep in his bed if I lay on the floor next to him, but when I wake up in the morning, he is right next to me again. What can I do to fix this?

...for your second child b/c they said it was in bad taste. I didnt say anything b/c I have heard it was in bad taste. My kids are only a year apart even though my first is a boy and my second is a girl. anyway... since then I have helped (and been asked by these same people) to help give showers for 4 others having their 2nd child. and 2 of them were having another boy. I didn't mind helping but I also cant help feeling hurt and left out. I didn't need the gifts but would have liked the memories of the get together celebrating my daughter. I guess I'm being a baby, myself!!

She will fall asleep on the floor with a pillow and a blanket but she will not even crawl up in the be to go to sleep.She stomps around the room crying and saying bye bye. we put a gate in front of the room but she climbed over the on. we changed gates and so far she has not escaped. should I close the door and leave her be. please help cause i need sleep I work the night shift and she is up sometimes when I get home.

If a guy ejaculates on the back of a girl near the top and middle of her butt cheeks, is it possible the sperm could travel inside and have her possibly be pregnant? It might have also gotten on her pants and underwear, which she wore that night. Any help out there?
