my fiancee and I have been TTC for about 4 months now. I got my period on the 12 this month.(and it only lasted a few days when i usually last 8 days) and its only the 23, ive been having menstrual like cramps for the past 2 days and AF shouldnt come for another 3 weeks.dont really want to waste money on HPT if we're not. so can somebody please help us with some answers........thanks

I think you should test now - even if you just buy a dollar store test. It sounds like it's possible that the bleeding you experienced was not an actual period, since it was so short and you are experiencing cramping so soon afterward. Some women bleed early in pregnancy and cramping is definitely an early pregnancy symptom. Good luck.

It sounds like you are having some early signs of pregnancy. I had the exact same thing when I was early in my first pregnancy and am just starting to have the same thing now. I would advise taking a test as if you are pregnant you need to know for health reasons.

i was on birth control and the second month i only got my period for 2 days... and i usually get it for 4-5 days and now im off of it.. but u could be pregnant take a pregnancy test in the morning

The test is the only way to be sure. Any thing can change when your pd. arrives ( stress,anxiety) these things could also delay your pd also. when i was pregnant my breast hurt badly like you don't want to be touched and my pd did not come at all. the best way to know is the test you can buy them at the dollar tree.

wait till your missed period if u dont want to waste the money... then you'll have reason to get the test!
