I have a couple of questions about high chairs.

-what is the best brand/type for saving space in my crowded kitchen?
-are there any ideas for high chair alternatives?
-does it pay to get a more expensive high chair?
-generally speaking, how long does a baby stay in the chair?

all over her upper body and bottom. No new meds, food, washing liquid have been introduced recently. I don't live in a neighborhood prone to ticks. I have take her to see her pediatrician who has said that it is some type of allergy and put her on benedryl and a topical hydrocoritisone. Has anyone else had this experiance with their toddler?

I am currently 39.1 weeks pregnant and am planning to stay at home with my baby. I will not be going back to work at all even after my maternity leave is up but i was wondering if there was a home to work from home that anyone else has found successfull. Please let me know if you have any ideas or suggestions. I would really like to be able to continue to contribute financially and not just leave everything up to my husband. Thanks so much.

My 6 month old has started this new thing where when he gets mad he holds his breath and starts pushing against anything in his way. His whole face turns red and he holds his breath until he can't anymore, then he takes a breath and continues to do this until he gets what he wants. Is this normal?? Has anyone else had a baby do this? Is it too early to do anything as far as disiplining him? Im not going to spank him too hard or anything but, how about a slap on the hand?? I dont know how to get him to stop. Is it a faze? Its crazy...

Ive heard of having sex to bring on labor and Ive heard it really does work.. but is it safe to do after you've already started to dilate? And if so, is your partner supposed to ejaculate inside of you or (as silly as it may sound) will it hurt the baby?

Now i have not found out ether way yet! But how many of you ladies who are pregnant or had babies had weird dreams before you actually found out? Like i had a dream about 4 days ago that i was impregnated by an alien! WEIRD! Ok lets here those weird dreams! Just recently my son has been acting just terrible. I mean running around destroting everything. Ill be cleaning up one mess andhe will be making another one right behind it. and when i say mess its not a few toys on the ground, oh no, its big time. when i say no to him he cries when i have had to spank him on the butt for hitting his sister ,he hits me back. i cant take him anywherebecause he is a total nightmare, what to do????

Women have had contraception and knowledge about how conception works since before I was born. So why are there so many unwanted pregnancies?

Really, how stupid can two people be? -And NO, this is not a challenge!

-And NO, I do not care to hear about how your mistake is somehow OK.

-And BTW, I believe that an UNWANTED PREGNANCY is a mistake, not the resulting child. Just to be clear.

I have been involved with children services before because of false claims and although i havent had my child taken from me there were threats yet i know someone who has been investigated on several ocasions and she still has her kids? Also why is it that the very place that supposed to keep them safe is the place they end up getting hurt. It seems like anyone can be afoster parent theses days so where is the child better off?

My baby is almost 9 months old. Should I be feeding her more than just baby food and formula? I hear about all these different table foods people are feeding their babies and I'm so afraid she will choke on that stuff. How long should I continue to feed her baby food before I go to only table food? Right now I feed her about 2 jars of stage 2 food and about 25 oz. of formula a day.

Gracie, my 10 year old, is jealous of my 14 year old Catherine! They are both beautiful, but Gracie thinks she ugly! She hasnt begun "developing" yet, and Catherine has. im mexican with european blood.
i got the mexican feautures
dark hair dark eyes olive skin average height.
but yet my sister has sandy hair white all yr round complexion with blueish eyes..
and i so want a red head baby..someone told me that cud happen if i have kids with a blonde? so if i do and my european genes come out will i have one?
