please explain in simple terms

i don't know if i'm pregnant or not. i have my period from 5 jan to 9 jan and 5 feb to 9 feb agian. after 9 feb i have unprotected sex. just recent days i have been experiencing mens cramp and the pain is more painful then usual and normally my body cycle when i'm menstrating i will not experience mens cramp.i started to bleed blood clot just 1 days ago and now the second day is just blood clot agian.is it normal? am i just being paroniod or what? my mense cycle has always been on the dot. on sunday i was having a very bad ach on my left shoulder till i will feeling giddy and hard to breath. i have been working around 14 hours everyday. i also feel very cold in the even as i'm in the bright sun at times. i am an anemia and have been hospitalise before because of it. what is going throught my body? and also i feeling dehydrated and my lips are dry more then usual but my intake of water content did not change. Please help. thank you .

You mentioned I could email you with any questions and I have one today. The last few days I have been dizzy while sitting (usually it is only when standing). The dizziness was getting less and less, but is back now in about 3-4 second spurts a few times a day. Didn't know if that was normal or not, but some girls that I know said they got that around 24 weeks. But this morning I slept in and have 'stunned' all day. I have been laying around in a fog. I had that abit in the first trimester, but today I am really grumpy and 'foggy' again really bad. Just wondering if I should be worried or not? I don't think I'm sick, I still have a sore dry throat, but not feeling sick. The baby is really active today, so that is good. Just wanted to check with you

I am nineteen will be twenty within a couple of weeks. I am pregnant. about four weeks, My boyfriend is tweenty three and already has a son who just turned 3. He does not have custody of his son but we do see him every weekend. When I went to my doctor two days ago and found out that I was def. pregnant , my boyfriend and I had a long talk . He says that he is not ready for another child right now. He is more or less trying to get me to have an abortion. I am against abortions, but maybe it is something that i should consider. but on the other hand , having a baby is suppose to be beautiful . It happened to me and i feet it is for a reason. My boyfriend and I have been arguing and i am looking at him in a totally different way that i thought i would never look at him . I have never been through this , he should be more suportive and he is not. We have been together for about 7 months. I need some advice.I think that ijust might want to raise the baby on my own i dont like howHEisACTIN

...she is dating a nineteen year old (I'M NINETEEN FOR GOD'S SAKE!) and she is only fourteen. However, one day when I came home to visit from college, my sister started asking me all about sex and what it feels like and whether a condom is more effective that birth controll. And that got me a little scared. But the worst part of it is when I went into her room to empty her garbage can, I found a condom wrapper in the trash can, do you think that she is having sex? If she is should I tell my parents because if she is it is illegal sex. Please I need help!

Me ex of 7 years left me 8 months pregnant. This is kind of therapy for me because I love hearing advice..He moved 2 months ago to take a job with his daddy..then called a month ago to break it off with me..We was supposed to be moving there anyhow..I know it isn't another woman...which was my first thought. He calls all the time and tonight we got in a arguement about child support..he thinks that I am stupid...He doesn't want me to go to court. He wants to get a statement signed by witnesses. He is making almost 5 grand a month and only wants to send me 500?? ha! The convo first started off by me asking him if he was SURE that we wasn't going to ever be together again and he said "pretty sure...why" then I started about the child support and he flipped. I told him we shouldn't talk for awhile because we need to clear our heads and he needs to be sure he is making the right choice..Should I still go for child support or just give it a few weeks? I don't know if I can until I have him.

I'm having trouble inserting a suppository on my 'recipient' because he keeps clenching his cheeks.

is there any way to get him to stop or loosen up? i already tried to ask him to relax. his (my sons) doctor said he must have a suppository atleast once every 2 days for the next week and a half.

I've been in scouting for like 7 or 8 years now. But i'm 17 and i'm in Venturers. Anyway we got a new leader about 6months ago, he's always been really friendly towards the girls in our group. He's about 40 and married.

But we went on a camp in the weekend and he started getting far more dodge. Like he would comment on how nice my breasts look, infront of everyone. Also when me and one of my friends were sunbathing he would stare at us (my other friends saw him). He always tries to sit next to me and says how attractive i am etc.

I find him really creepy and I'm at the point where i'm to scared to go to Venturers.

I talked to my other leaders and they said they'd have a talk to him, but i don't feel that this is enough.

I've got some strong male friends at Venturers who have said they will look out for me (which they already do)

What should I do? I'm really scared of this leader!

My baby boy is 7 months and usually goes to sleep at around 730pm and then wakes up about 3 times before 12pm, then wakes again at around 3am, then again at 6am and then is usually up for the day at around 7am. He then naps usually for about 1 hour in the morning and if we are lucky another 1 hour nap in the afternoon. He cannot go to sleep without a bottle. We have tried giving water during his night waking to get his stomach used to not needing night feeding. Does anyone have suggestions other than trying to let him cry it out? Has anyone else experienced this kind of thing and when did your baby outgrow it?

My son is now almost 5 and since he was little he never moved his back much. He also never crawled like most babies do he would just go on his hands and feet like a little monkey. He also has had a very hard time with using the toilet. He has bowel and bladder problems that I have attempted to address with the doctor many times before now. I was put at a high risk level when I was pregnant and they did about 6-8 ultrasounds and they never said that there was anything wrong. Is it possible that this problem could have been undetected or is it something that they felt was not serious enough to address at that time? I was told that the bloodwork should have told them that there could be a problem and there were 2 times that they sent me into a specialist to have a more detailed ultrasound done. Is there anything that can be done now to help him so he does not have serious problems in the future. Or does he just continue to have more problems with his bowels and bladder?

I slept in and my daughter missed school. I got up and slept on the couch till lunch time. Then I made some food and an hour later, slept again. I felt like someone hit me with a stun gun. I was out of it, grumpy, my mind was foggy and i had periods where I felt irrational, although I didn't show it. I slept every 2 hours or so through the evenign and am going to bed now. The baby was VERY active today and i think has settled now. His heartbeat sounds good on the doppler. I was dizzy today, but usually am. I ate enough and had lots to drink... Should I worry?

I'm 39 weeks and 4 days along. I went walking a lot today and this evening i've been having sharp pains in my cervix, my belly gets really tight (don't know if it's just braxton hicks), as well as dull aches. they go and come it's been this way since 2 o'clock this afternoon. it seems to be getting worse as the night progresses. the pain in my cervix is very painful but i think it's just the baby pushing on in, although my midwife told me i was having contractions... any opinions!? Thanks so much : )

His belly has a pooch on one side, and he has an obvious umbilical hernia. The doctor did not look at it but said that there are never complications with an umbilical hernia. I've heard different, and it bothers me that she shook it off without even seeing him. (he's displaying alot of the signs of having Intestinal Strangulation -- his umbilical cord stump is hard and frequently unable to recede back or be pushed back into the abdomen, sensitivity in the area, constipation, increased appettite, etc. (My two week old son is eating approximately 4 ounces every two hours, or sometimes 2.5 ounces every hour. Im an infant care specialist, and from my training and experience, this is an awful lot.) He also seems to have trouble passing gas -- he screams an extremely painful sounding cry, unlike any infant cry i've ever heard, and I've heard alot. I really want to take him to the hospital, but the doctor was so sure of herself. Am I just being paranoid, or should I take him in?

we just has an ultrasound. the doctor said i was 6 weeks along. the ultrasound showed a sac but no baby. they said the baby might be to small but ultrasound pictures i have seen show at 6 weeks a baby should be visible. they are repeated the ultrasound in 10 days but i am really scared. has anyone had an ultrasound at 6 weeks and not seen the baby but everything turns out ok?
