You mentioned I could email you with any questions and I have one today. The last few days I have been dizzy while sitting (usually it is only when standing). The dizziness was getting less and less, but is back now in about 3-4 second spurts a few times a day. Didn't know if that was normal or not, but some girls that I know said they got that around 24 weeks. But this morning I slept in and have 'stunned' all day. I have been laying around in a fog. I had that abit in the first trimester, but today I am really grumpy and 'foggy' again really bad. Just wondering if I should be worried or not? I don't think I'm sick, I still have a sore dry throat, but not feeling sick. The baby is really active today, so that is good. Just wanted to check with you

No way!! If you are concerned you need to ask. That way you know if you should seek medical attention or not. Then you can rest easier. Plus, stress isn't good for the baby. ;)

As has been mentioned, nothing is too trivial to ask your doc or midwife. Pregnancy can really wreak-havoc on the body! Feeling tired and fatigued is a normal aspect of pregnancy, but try not to completely give in to it... 1) Make sure you are drinking plenty of water. We need at least 1/2 our body weight (in pounds) in ounces of water daily. (1 pound =2.2 K; 1 ounce = 30ml) With pregnancy you also need an increaed calorie intake -
make sure they are healthy calories! Get plenty of protien, this might help your energy some. Be sure you are taking a good prenatal vitamin. Talk to you doc(midwife) about magnesium, potassium, calcium, & sodium as well. These are essential in maintaining fluid balance. You should have your blood sugar checked to be sure it is acceptable limits. Try to get some gentle excersize as long as you are not having any problems with the pregnancy. Take a short walk, even just around the yard, to get some fresh air. Don't overdo it. Good Luck, and God Bless!

If it is something that you are concerned about then no, it is not too trivial to ask your midwife about. Midwives are there to ensure the health of you and your baby throughout your pregnancy so don't think of anything as being too trivial to ask them.
