I can't imagine how must feel!!
I know I'd be really scared. I'd advise you to talk to your mom. I think having her call the police and make a report for you would be best. She can do that as you are a minor. It sounds like the other leaders don't care about this problem.
It seems to me they are fine letting him get his jollies off you and the other girls. It definately doesn't make a safe environment for any of the Venturers. If he's 40 he's probably not going to let a 17 year old boy stop him from fulfilling his fantasy.
It's really sick! I hope you'll talk to your mom about this creepy guy. Plus, mom's are great at giving out boy advice :)) I know cuz mine gave me a lot of good advice when I was your age....
You never know if he's this way with you he could be molesting someone younger than you. Possibly even his own kids...you could be helping other women/girls who can't speak out for themselves.

Make sure you speak to your parents about this. Sexual predators progress as in at first it might be just looking but it might turn into molestationor worse. Im not familiar with scouts however if there is a regional leader or something contact them with the issue and have your friends who have witnessed this write a letter. Also I would contact the police and let them know what has been going on, also ask your friends if you can give the police their contanct information too.

The first thing you should have done is advising your parents. Secondly, you and your parents should consult this 'leader' and his superiors. If nothing changes, the other parents should be advised and lastly, the police involved.
Please start this process right away. If other girls are experiencing this, the police need to be involved very quickly. However, don't jump the gun because if any of this turns out to be just a misunderstanding, you could ruin his life and come out to be the bad guy. Follow the proper channels to avoid any repercussions.

Wow sweetheart try telling someone else or if he continues to scare you so much go to the police. I had a teacher like that but he would stare at everyone but I never spoke to anyone about it. Well, be heard because who knows what he has done in the past and he may be treating the other girls the same way. Please get someone to do something sweetheart.

Obviously ,you can see these person has no good intentions with you , i believe the least you can do , is get as far from him as you can ; You can never be alone !! don´t you ever try to be at the same place he´s at ; you must tell that to a person who would really help you out , and end it once for ever .

First, you need to report him. Tell your parents! you need to contact the police, because that is harassment. and that is pedofile too. He is an older married man hitting on a 17 year old girl. Who knows if he isn't hitting on someone younger than you. for your sake and for other girls out there report him to the police.

Wow, that's a difficult situation. What I, personally, would do is have another talk with the other leaders and explain how uncomfortable I was. Also, next time he makes any comments tell him that you don't appreciate it and ask him to stop.

talk with your parents ASAP, this guy needs to be stopped before he hurts you or another girl. make a police report and let the admin of your scout org know also, they may need to implement or improve their background checks. what kind of org has men working with girls in this way?? i will research this org & keep my girls away from it!

Report him to the head of the scouts (I am not sure what positions there are but go as high up as you can).
