Your local library should have parenting DVDs available. for you to borrow for free.

Has some virtual dvds that they let you "borrow" as well.

I would call your local hospital or parenting program ( here in Oregon its called Birth to Three). It seems nothing on the web is free. :) Good Luck!

Do a search for Love and Logic, they are great.
