Hi, im 13 weeks pregnant and and two/three weeks ago a midwife visited me at home to fill in those green pregnancy notes that i now have to take to every appointment. Whilst she was here I had my first set of bloods done. This apparently included a HIV test which I agreed to having because I know im not at any risk. Anyway she told me that women got a bit funny about it being sent back to their GP with their other results so this one would be sent directly to me through the post..........only I havent recieved it yet. Im now 13 weeks pregnant so its been a few weeks and although im not worried about the result I am a bit concerned that its gone to the wrong address. Bit embarrasing. Anyway what i'll do is call my midwife this tuesday and ask her but she is unavailible until then so I thought id ask you guys how long your results took to come back to you in the post?? Thanks guys x x x

my wife just pregnant about 4 to 6 weeks, at the fifth month the embryo heart start with slow beating and after 2 week the heart stop beating. what happen? when the heart is stop beating is that mean the embryo die inside? is there a chance for that unborn baby heart to beat again?

so my friend is 2 months pregnant and she really wants to have this baby, but her boyfriend is saying that she shouldnt be keeping the baby because he isnt ready to be a father, he's a year younger than her, she is wondering what she should do because she loves her boyfriend but wants to have the baby and keep it????

ALL DAY taking away the toys from the others, and enjoys enormously making them cry, I feel he even doesn´t care about the toys, but just wants to make the others cry....here are my 3 question: 1. what can be his reasons? 2. How can I change his behaviour? 3. how can I develop a good relationship with him, to be honest I quite dislike him, and feel I shouldn´t of course, but I do.

I am currently deployed to Iraq and I am worried sick. My wife and I are having our first child. She just turned 25, we have no history of DS in our families and we were just shocked that her triple screen test came back positive. She is scheduled for a level 2 ultrasound in 2 weeks. Being in Iraq,I havent been able to talk to the doctor, so I really dont know what is going on with this. The latest ultrasound showed that the baby was about 6 days older than previously thought.
Does anyone know if it is guaranteed that our daughter will have down syndrome.

Had a period end of June, finished approx 2nd July, had scan saying I was 6 weeks pregnant between 1st and 2nd week of August, another two scans at 10 and 20 weeks confirming how many weeks I was. Baby was born at 39 weeks on 31st March

my wife is 4years elder to me (myself 25, wife 29), i want to know about the complications that can be and also about the child that will take birth of our union. I mean, if the child will be healthy and not suffereing from genetic disorders? What has been seen in cases like these as far as quality of baby and other complications are concerned?

My brother in law's girlfriend is 16 and had a baby on valentine's day 2 months early... it is in an incubator and has oxygen tubes, etc, and it has an infection currently, but the doctors say it should be ok and need to stay in the hospital for 2 more months or 3. my question is would you be worried? the mother doesn't seem worried at all and very detached.. is this normal?

Temperature dropped slightly today from 36.8 to 36.7, room was definetely colder than normal but i felt okay. its only my 27th day of my montly cycle but my breasts feel heavy and uncomfortable to wear a bra. i should come on in 8 days though. still trying to conceive since september when i had my miscarriage

I started clomid this month and have sucessfully ovulated, I am currently ovulating. My sono showed two good eggs. The problem is I work night shift and I can't try to concieve until the morning. We did it this morning, and we will tomorrow morning. We have been doing it every morning this week just in case. Do I still have a chance even though I am at work during the night. I know this is kind of a silly question but I am so excited just b/c I am ovulating. It has been five month since I have last ovulated.

She is "pudgy" but the doc says her growth is more than baby fat!! However, her older sister (age 11) hates bras and refuses to wear any sort of bra, cami, etc. None of her friends wears a bra either.
