does having 1 cyst in my ovary but of normal size affect my chances of falling pregnant?

Ovarian cysts are very common. Most women will have one at some point, though some will never know it. If you have many cysts, or other indications of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, it may affect fertility, but just one, without any other symptoms is not likely to affect fertility.

I had cysts and endometriosis and still got pregnant
