Your question isn't in a very understandable form, like mentioned before.

But as far as I can understand is that your surrounded by one religion in the firm you work at and they are constantly asking you about your beliefs.

The way you semi-worded this causes me to think that you don't share the same religious views as those you are surrounded by. If you feel so inclined, let them know that religion shouldn't be discussed in the workplace because it shouldn't effect anything. If your beliefs conflict to the point of not being able to co-habitate, then maybe look at a firm (easier said than done) that doesn't have the pressures yours has.
