If we have a boy my husband and I are naming him Elijah. But we can't agree on a middle name. I wanted Elijah Luke but he doesn't like that. Any suggestions? I want something that is a single syllable because it sounds better with Elijah. Thanks!

Ok, well, im am fixing to completely stop giving my daughter bottles, and just give her sippy cups. But, my question is...my daughter drinks a bottle every night right before bed time...and when i stop giving her bottles, what should i feed her before bed time? Here is her feeding schedule..
8 am- Cereal and a bottle of milk
12:30 pm- jar of lunch and juice
3 pm- light snacking
6:30 pm- Jar of dinner, jar of dessert, and juice
9:30 pm- bottle of furmula
10 pm- bedtime

what should i give her before bedtime if anything? Could you tell me your 1 year olds schedule??

i have been on the pill (microgynon 30) for 2 months now and although at first things seemed to be ok, for about the last 5 weeks i keep getting incredibly angry very easily and end up bursting into tears at least once a day. my friends have said i always look miserable and i feel like i have become more depressed since iv started taking them

has anyone else experienced anything like this and does it stop after a certain amount of time or are you supposed to just learn to live with it?!

any responses i will be incredibly grateful for, as im completely fed up with this and have no idea what to do

I've never really PMS-ed before. You know, like, i never really had any cramps or mood swings before my period. But these days my stomach has been feeling really bad. Like my organs are being twisted and stuff.

What are some PMS symptoms and how to feel better? And how long before your period do you usually get this and how long will it last? Thanks!.

We have decided on Trinity for our daughter's first name but are having trouble with a middle name. here's a few we have came up with:
-Trinity Sage,
-Trinity Gina (gina after my mom),
-Trinity Lola (lola after my grandma),
- Trinity Cierra,
- Trinity Hope,
The last name is Durden. Which one of these sound better to you?

Erm can somone explain whats wrong with cutting and pasting agencies (considering they are non profit government or charities) in posts to help teenagers with problems relation to sex and contraception... Often in urgent need of morning after pills.


Had a load of posts cut for spam or advertising.

the reason for copying the same information is the answers are often the same requiring the same info. Usually with a n additional bit.


So how is that spam and advertising when there agencies are there to help and not make money...


Plus as a serioes of them it appears somone went down my questions list.

My daughter is being harassed by a boy in her class.She has problems with perspiration and a boy makes fun of her at recess.He has ADDproblems and he repeats the same thing over and over againMy daughter came home depressed last night.He acts like an angel in the front of the new teacher.They are in a combined class with a teacher they had last yearHe used to give the teacher lip so she knows what he is like with Naomi. Apart from the fact that my g daughter showers regularly and uses deodorant in the morning how else can I help her with her perspiration problem?Any ideas please would be grateful for them.She says she will talk to the teacher today if he harasses heragain.I am wary of stepping in because at this age because she needs to handle some of this by herself.The other half ofmesay I should go to the principal and tell him my daughter is being bullied by this boy.Sensible answers only please.We have run out of tactics with this boy and how to deal with the situation.

I had my first Dr. Appt yesterday, I'm 8 weeks along and the ultrasound already detected the heartbeat. It was going at 167 beats per minute. I heard it can't be detected until atleast 10 weeks. What gives, do I have super baby or could I be further along than what it says??

I have been reading posts about twins, but nobody addresses the issue of what side of the family twins should run in to increase your chances of having them...
For instance, there are no twins on my side of the family. However, on my husbands side, there are 2 sets of twins. Does anyone know if that increases my odds of having twins?

My son was diagnosed at the age of 3 weeks with IS, which then turned into just a seizure disorder since he developed as he should and was not delayed. His seizures stopped at about 7 months. Last week he had a temp of 105.1 becuase of the flu and they said he should be ok. After that, his seizures started back up. Last night he had a full blown one. His was the kind where there are usually twitches in his limbs as he falls asleep. But this one was his entire body, which freaked me out as his mom, and his eyes were rolling. It scared me to death and I couldn't stop myself from crying because his little body was just going through too much. When he woke up half an hour later, he vomited and I learned that it's common when they have full blown seizures. How can I comfort him without driving myself up the wall? I just don't know what to do and can't help feeling like it's my fault although the doctors keep saying it has nothing to do with me. I keep feeling like I did something

but ever since i have been taking them i cant hold nething down. they make me feel weak, tired, naseuos etc.
i went to the clinic and spoke to a nurse and she told me that there is nothing they can do about it.
i need to keep taking them.
she said if i really cant handle them to stop taking them but to eat right.
i feel so horrible that i dont wanna eat nething
any advice?

My daughter is 11months old and had little red bum so before it got worse I decided to put some Zincofax on it and now it's blistering and almost to the point of bleeding. Is is posible that she could be allergic to it? I've stoped using it and just put a little bit of baby powder on her bum to dry it out.
Any sugestions out there? She I use something else to corect the problem?
Oh I forgot she's also on antibiotics for an ear infection and eye drops for an eye infection. Could that have caused the diaper rash?

I have done some looking around on the internet about identifying giftedness. He seems to fit a lot of the criteria, especially as an infant. Now that he is getting older, though, it seems harder to teach him things. A quick overview of his first year: smiling by 3 weeks old, laughing at 1 and 1/2 months, lifting his chest off the floor. During his 4th to 5th month he learned to sit unsupported, give kisses, and look to find people and objects when asked where they were. He was crawling at 5 and 1/2 months, walked at 9, and by 11 months had a vocabulary of about 60 words. He now can count to 20 and knows his ABC's fairly well. He is obsessed with anything to do with dinosaurs. His memory amazes me, he can remember some of the most obscure things, but he seems completely uninterested lately in learning his ABC's and numbers, though he loves to count, and he wants to read. He asks often: "What does this say?", while pointing to words. Is he gifted, or merely bright?
