My daughter is 11months old and had little red bum so before it got worse I decided to put some Zincofax on it and now it's blistering and almost to the point of bleeding. Is is posible that she could be allergic to it? I've stoped using it and just put a little bit of baby powder on her bum to dry it out.
Any sugestions out there? She I use something else to corect the problem?
Oh I forgot she's also on antibiotics for an ear infection and eye drops for an eye infection. Could that have caused the diaper rash?

Do the old fashion thing, add some corn starch (use as baby powder) to the pamper.

Make sure the baby airs out for a few minutes after you get her out of the tub.

New borns can be allergic to anything, their skin is so sensitive you never know what may cause a breakout on their skin. From the side effects you claim your baby's experiencing, is not a breakout, although this bump sounds serious and she needs a doctor appointment(dermatology). I suggest you stop applying stuff to her bump, it may cause the reaction to worsen. Depending on how long she's had the bump, give it a couple days to see what the bump is doing. But if the bump has been there a while and you've noticed it get worse you need to take her to the doctor as soon as possible. I hope she feels better.
