FIRST OFF GOOD LUCK!I KNOW THIS IS A LITTLE OFF THE QUESTION YOU ASKED BUT I THREW IN A LITTLE EXTRA INFO.
I READ THE FOLLOWING BOOKS AND THEY REALLY HELPED ME FIGURE EVERYTHING OUT. I WISH YOU THE BEST OF LUCK! I AM ALSO TRYING TO GET PREGNANT AND IT TAKES TIME SOMETIMES. GOOD LUCK TO YOU AND BEST WISHES!
HERE IS SOME OTHER STUFF THAT COMES IN HANDY IF YOU ARE TRYING TO CONCEIVE BASIL THERMOMETER (CHEAP DRUG STORE ONE WILL WORK TO) THE ONLY REASON I SAID BASIL WAS BECAUSE IT HAS DIRECTIONS HOW TO DO IT. TO TAKE YOUR TEMPERATURE TO SEE IF YOU ARE OVULATING.
I WOULD USE PRESEED LUBRICATION WHEN HAVING INTERCOURSE. IT IS MADE JUST FOR THOSE TRYING TO GET PREGNANT. I LISTED WEB SITE BELOW.
I PUT IN A FEW WEB SITES THAT MIGHT HELP YOU THEY ARE MAINLY ABOUT OVULATION !THESE BOOKS ARE REALLY GREAT IF YOU ARE TRYING TO GET PREGNANT (GETTING PREGNANT by: NIELS H. LAUERSEN,MD,PHD &COLETTE BOUCHEZ)(TAKING CHARGE OF YOUR FERTILITY by:TONI WESCHLER,MPH) THEY REALLY HELPED ME. THE TWO BOOKS COVERED EVERYTHING AND THEY WERE GREAT.

I WISH YOU THE BEST OF LUCK!ANOTHER THING IS JUST RELAX AND IT WILL HAPPEN WHEN YOU AT LEAST EXPECT IT!

I have been trying to conceive for the last 18 months with no results. My OBGYN did a blood test and found out I am insulin resistant and is affecting my hormones and my ovulation cycle. She prescribed Metformin for 4 months and if that did not work she is going to put me in Clomid.
Few friends recommended me to ask my doctor to order a trans vaginal ultrasound; that will let her know if I have any cyst, endometriosis or any other problems. I will seriously recommend you to get checked and if you are OK then have your partner check as well. Good luck!!

First thing you have to do is pinpoint when and if youre ovulating. You can do this by charting your temps starting the first day of your period. Once you do that..have sex starting two days before ovulating everyday up until 2 days after your "O" day. You can get pergo on your period but only if you happen to ovulate right after so like i said...your best bet is to pinpoint your"O" day. Good luck!

have sex every 2nd day for a week before ovulation. Have your partner on top, after orgasm put a pillow under your hips for about 20 minutes.
