I had sex for the first time when I was 15 and I don't regret it because I knew my facts and felt ready.
Do you feel ready to accept the responsibilities that may come with sexual intercourse?
Some of these things might include: dealing with life long STDs or a child. I think you need to really consider the person you are with. Do you really want to give up your virginity to someone you probably will not be with down the road? I knew that I wasn't going to marry the person I slept with, I could communicate and trust the person I had sex with. If you don't feel like you can communicate with that person, then I would say no.
I was prepared to protect myself against and educated about pregnancy, HIV, and STDs. Do you know your facts? Do you have a way to protect yourself that is more than just a condom? If not, get educated and get protection. Also, do you have any spiritual or religious conflicts with having sex? (you don't have to have any)
These are all things to consider.

As for masturbation: I think it is fine. The only person that you are responsible for is you.

There is a vast difference between having sex at 15 with a person of the opposite sex (or even the same sex) and jerking off. Jerking off is masturbation. And it's OK - unless you belong to religion that specifically prohibits it. One thing is certain: you don't have to have sex, even with yourself. Although it is a natural desire (hormonally charged desire), it's not a need like eating or sleeping. Celibacy is out of fashion but being celibate is a choice for some people and they aren't weird. It's their decision. You have to make your decisions carefully and you will feel much better about yourself if you are totally comfortable with them.

I would say having sex when you are not of age is inappropriate because apparently under-aged people are incapable of making responsible decisions, and having sex takes lot more responsibility than you can possibly imagine. Lots of people (or at least guys) masturbate when they are at your age, because it's possibly the most safest way to satisfy your sexual desire. Therefore, that is what I recommend you to do for now until you can be fully responsible for the consequences you might face after having sex. However, if you really want to have sex, then just make sure that you wear protection (even if your girlfriend takes birth controll pill, I've seen too many cases where the girl would protest that she took birthcontroll, but became pregnant nonetheless).

If you mean masterbating then yes that is completely normale just try to space it out a bit give them a break every once and a while. But i would try to refrain from sex. Its a big responsiblity. I dont know what a perfect age would be so if your ready safe sex is the way to go.

Well, that was the 1st time I had sex, but its better that you wait b/c you'll realize later that u made a mistake. Just jerk off til it falls off, or until you get a girl to do it 4 u

Jerking off? Sure. Masturbation is for all ages.

Sex? Depends where you live. Find out what the age of consent in your state is.

If you mean intercourse with a girl, no, not until you're old enough to raise a baby.

Masturbating ("jerking off") is the recommended way of satisfying yourself until you're ready for adult sex, so, yes, it's "right."

Unless you are old enough to take care of a child then sex is off the table.

however go nuts with the self love, that is completely normal and a good way to keep the hormones in check.

at your age, I think its a bit immature to
involve yourself in sex. why not wait until
you are at the age of 18? Sex actually is strictly for
married couples, but as I said at your age,
you need to be ready for all the responsibilties
at come with it.

Having sex at 15 is not right. No matter what your age, unless you're ready to hold some girl's hand in delivery while she tells you to go to h*&%%, and ready for poopy diapers, midnight feedings, spat-up baby food, teething, preschool, little league, parent-teacher interviews and all the rest of parenting, the ONLY 100% guaranteed method of birth control is KEEPING IT IN YOUR PANTS!!!
Therefore, jerking off, if done at an appropriate time, in an appropriately private location, is the only option, and a pretty good one.
