dont have sex is the only 100% way other than that your always gambiling. condoms break, birth control fails but it usually works just depends if you use condoms right, or take your birthcontrol as directed! but like i said there is only 1 way to 100% be sure!

by not being intimate.....
he wears a condom(that fits) ALWAYS to prevent spread of AIDS/HIV.
you wear a female condom ...
birth control pill ...
IUD(intra-uterine device)
diaphram
cervical cap
vascetomy for him
tubal ligation for her..
the list goes on for prevention
