im 13 and in need of cash but theres of course some problems i cant babysit because there are no little kids on my block, there are child labor laws and because of them i cant work until im about 15 or 16, and im a girl so no paper routes, lawn mowing, or anyother things and yea sitting on your but doing surveys at the computer is a scam and a crock so please if you have any tips please leave a message

I have had Nausea at night and this morning really bad
Vomiting (once)
Dizziness
Fatigue
Heightened sense of smell
Heartburn/acid reflux
food cravings and aversions
Bloating/gassiness
Tender and swollen breasts
and Lower back hurts when im up for only 1/2 hour

my last period was January 2nd, and when should i take a test? and what kind of test?

i;m 13 yrs old and last night i had a sleepover and me n my friend stayed up till likee 6:00 this morning without any sleep and woke up at 8:00. Today i had a nap from 6:00 pm till lke 7:30 n im not sure wht time to go to bed so i will sleep the whole night.

she went to the dr 2 weeks ago and they found she had strep...she now refuses to eat and the dr said she might have to go to food therapy to learn how to eat again...please i need advice...is this normal?

Hello, I've just recently given birth to a baby boy to whom my partner and I have named Shae. He was born on the 22nd of January 2007.

My predicament is his cord is starting to smell... and I've cleaned it properly and dried it proper;y but nothing. any ideas?

and i also need some advice on how to keep him in his bed. He seems to rather enjoy laying with me. Every time i put him in crib he whines etc and wants to get out.

Also any ideas on how to get rid of hiccups (he seems to get them quite a lot)

I'm 28 weeks pregnant and keep feeling like I'm going to throw up. I never really had morning sickness before. Now I keep getting this lumpy feeling in my throat like I'm going to throw up. It's a feeling I used to get before I'd throw up, like my throat and esophagus are squeezing. Plus if I start to cough I automatically throw up. Has anyone else had this problem?

We went on the maternity tour today at the hospital where I'll deliver. The retired nurse who gave the tour explained that photos are not allowed during the delivery, but everything up to and following. She said this is federal law. Has anyone heard of this? I want to make sure this isn't just my hospital or everyehere. Thank you!

I have 3 boys and i want a girl so bad. I will go to any langth to get one. What medical procedures can i do and mabey other stuff to help me out. my husband said money is no issue to my happiness. My doctor has told me that I need to have my daughter on solids (rice cereal) no later than 6 months old, however, my daughter doesn't want anything to do with it. She completely ignores every attempt I've made to feed her solids. I've tried many different types of rice ceareals, fruits, & veggies. Even with no distractions around, she just looks everywhere but at the spoon or me. Its like she's deliberately ignoring me! I don't know what to do to get her interested. Help please!

My husband and I disagree on this very much. His points to make it "OK" are 1) Never smoked in front of kids 2) Does not affect daily obligations 3) Kids are given a No Drugs Rule
I feel, regardless of these points it should not be done. Even if it is not in front of the kids, by age 5 or 6 they aren'tt dumb to the sounds & smells of it.
This is something that, like it or not, is illegal and it has been proven to lead to "harsher" drug choices in certain people later down the road.
I just feel that it is an ultimate betrayal to expect kids to respect their parents while the parents themselves are "hiding" in a basement somewhere, dousing their eyes with Visine and coughing up lungs at various intervals of the day.
High school/college, fine. Parties during your couple years, OK. MAYBE an extra-curricular toke or two on vacation, but a daily occurence in an educated thirty-forty something parent - NO WAY!
I wouldn't send my kids to these homes!

I took her to the doctor before,and all they tell me is " mineral oil " : mix it in her drink,and then they prescribed her this powdered laxative that you mix in her drink.
And they told me to give her an inama,THAT didn't work for me " she basically craped all over me",and last but not least they told me to give her glycerin suppositories .
And feed her a well balanced diet,well I have news : She don't eat!
And she wont use the potty like I want her to. She ALWAYS ends up pooping in her pull up! And when I put regular underwear on her she still pee's and poops in them! I am haveing a REAL hassel with her!
She is my middle child, could she be feeling a "middle child syndrome".
I need ANY advice from some one that KNOWS a little about what I'm going through. PLEASE!
What doctor's tell me and give to me is NOT helping her . She refuses to poop and she crys and whines all day long because she want's to fight it out,and not poop!

I started getting migraine headaches at around 15 weeks or so. My doctors told me this is normal and gave me a prescription for Tylenol3. Since then, I have refilled that prescription 4 times (20 in each) and had to go to the hospital twice for demerol/phenegrin injections. Obviously, I know this is horrible and am no longer taking the pills. With or without them the headaches are persistant. Just when I think they are going away or gone, they come back with a vengence. It is the worst pain. I've tried regular tylenol, my dr. even told me to take motrin (though I didn't), resting, compresses, etc. Nothing seems to work. Any suggestions? Is there any other tests the hospital could run? (I live in a rural area and the hospitals around here aren't the best, but was thinking about going to a better hospital.) Any advice would be helpful and appreciated.

If they exist, I may work with one. He’s33, 6’1”, in decent shape, and something of a player. I know he’s had his way with a good number of women. I thinkhe brags a little bit too much, cause it gets on my nerves, but he is darn good with certain types of girls.

So this guy said that he gauged from his intereaction with my gf at a Christmas party that he could score my gf if he tried. I almost decked him, but I told him – you don’t know her if that’s what you think.

Foolishly, its turned into a wager. And the stakes aren’t low: he’s going to give me all of his billable hours for a case we’re working on (we’re both associates at a civil defense law firm, and billable hours are of incredible value.) one way or the other with my end of the wager being fulfilled if I have the guts not step in the way and let him do what he has to. If I block her, or if I refuse to allow it to be confirmed (ie I’ll let him ask my gf at the next function in a way that doesn’t reveal the wager), I have to give him my billables. Our billable are due at the end of the month, so that put a pretty good time limit on things.

On Jan 12 there was a bar association function, and he fairly openly flirted with my wife. He even asked to dance with her. I didn’t step in, and they danced a little, but at the end of the night she came home with me. I called him, and said guese your game is over – and he said, not necessarily. Give him until this Saturday morning, and if he hasn’t gotten anything by Friday night, he’ll throw in the towel. But don’t count on it.

Then, out of nowhere, my gf says that she is going out on Friday with her one friend. She goes out with her friends once or twice a month, so that she’s going out is no big deal – but why just this one this time? And the timing!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m worried, but I guesse I brought this on myself. I still trust her. But still – what are the odds?

At my last OB appointment my doctor said he'd "knock a week of my sentance" and only let me go to 39 weeks max. Last time I had a horrible delivery. My son was huge at 9.8 lbs and 21 1/2 inches. I tore in four places (2 in and 2 out - I know tmi). Sorry...

I had complications from the delivery including pain, hemrriods, and loss of control of my bladder and bowels.

I'm wondering, should I take the induction?

Last time I went into labor on my due date at exactly 40 weeks. My son already had a bad bowel movement. I'm scared for another delivery like my first. But, even more scared when I hear horror stories of inductions.

I used primrose oil and pelvic rocks. I did yoga the whole pregnancy. I'm thinking if I keep doing those things maybe I'll go early on my own.

Got any advice?

my g/f and i have been dating for about 4 and a half yrs, she's 29, im 22 and a half. About 2 weeks ago she informed me that she was preg and will be keeping the baby. she was on the pill the whole time we were dating (allegedly) so i never used a condom or any other type of birth control. i have a few reasons why i think she got preg on purpose the main one being that i ran into a friend of hers yesterday who congratulated me and said she was happy for us b/c "she knew how much my g/f wanted a baby" which was news to me! i just graduated from college and have a good job now and my g/f has been out of college for 7 yrs so financially this isnt a problem, i just am in no way ready to be a dad b/c of the huge change that bringing a child into the world will have on someone's life. just a few month ago she and i were talking about how neither one of us is ready for marriage yet so that isnt an option. on top of this, my mom is gonna kill me! any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanx.
