Why does society belittle us and disrespect us? I am talking about the booby grabbing and booty pinching and slapping, as well as the intimidation, and this is not just at school but the mall too and is obviously endorsed by the school adminstration and local police department.

I thought my son's situation was pretty normal, and our doctor hasn't expressed any concern, but after reading some responses to other questions I'm starting to wonder.
My son's a few weeks short of 2 years old, and he isn't speaking very clearly yet. I've been paying attention lately--I'm not sure he's ever made an S sound, and I wonder if there's an impediment there.
He understands what we say, he signs, and he has a pretty big vocabulary overall. He'll even say "E" or "O" if he sees those letters. But he calls my husband "mom" [or by his first name! : )] even though he understands the distinction between us (maybe Ds are hard for him?), and when he says "more" it sounds more like "mem." When he says "spoon" it sounds like "baam." I'll talk to our doctor about it at his 2-year appt., but does it sound like there's much of a problem or not?

I was prescribed antibiotic for my hear infection, something that it was safe for the baby but also gave me some heardrops, and I just wonder if it was also safe for the baby !! The constipation has been awful since I have problems with constipation before so while pregnant it becomes a big deal, so please if anyone know if you can use natural laxatives please let me know!!! they don't usually give cramps or make run to the bathroom, they just help me go (usually when I take it while I am nor pregnant!!)
Thanks for your help!

Q.1 What would be your opinion of a woman that has three children to three different fathers?

Q.2 What is your opinion of a pregnant woman that allows her partner to believe he is the father of her unborn child, when the father is some else?

spanked as a child turned out to be a respectful adult and citizen. Some of the parents that I know use "time out" hhave out of control kids that are on ADD medicine to calm them down. I dont get it! My question is-Do you ever think kids are they way they are today(not all kids but many of them) because of the no spanking idea that some parents are using? I see kids kicking, hitting their parents and I just think to myself "If they would spank their bottom the child would quit the behavior because they know their is a consequence for that type of behavior".

Whenever I take my two kids (5 yr. old son and 3 yr. old daughter) to the pool at our YMCA it's such a hassle to get all three of us out of the pool, get our swimsuits off, and get into the shower. The other day, I had just accomplished this and put the shampoo in my hair when I realized I had to pee. I felt embarrassed to go in the shower, but at the same time there was no way I was going to drag my naked self and two naked little kids out of the shower just so I could pee, so I tinkled in the shower. Anyway, my son announced it to everyone in the shower (no partitions between showers), and several women gave me dirty looks. Was I wrong for doing what I did? I know I probably shouldn't have, but was the alternative any better?

My sister went to the doctor this week and they estimate her being five weeks pregnant and they did an ultrsound but they said that they couldn't find the baby! Is it possible that at five weeks the baby is still too small to be seen with an ultrasound?

I am trying to decide whether or not to continue to let my sister in law watch my son for me. Even though she has her own job and family, she changed her schedual some in order to watch him 4 days a week. This, I am thankful for. The thing is, he is almost 18 months old and I am very strict about what I will let him eat because he has no teeth yet, so I am keeping him on #2 baby food jars. My sister inlaw seems to think that he is not getting enough nutrients and that he at least needs to be eating #3's. She says he acts hungry and whiney a lot, and I found out that she allowed my mother in law to come to her house and she (my mother in law) fed him two #3 jars of food. Two jars of it!! Can youbelieve that! I think he can't handle these even though they insist that he ate them with no problems. I kind of got mad and told her that having no teeth at 18 months means he is healthy, unlike her kids who got teeth at 3 months and 6 months old - that is unhealthy!

basically my last period was december 25th and lasted four days. me and my boyfriend really want to try for a baby, we are both 21 and very healthy.
We havent been trying for very long!
i came off the implant four months ago now and i know it can take up to a year to conceive after coming off that kind off contraceptive but i know a lot of people who managed to concieve sooner than that!
