I think people might have a hard time saying lalia and it's cutesy.
People might think lalita is lolita since I think that's more common. It sounds spanish to me.
I like Zara the best and it makes me think of a fortune teller.
I think you should also think about what people might think of when they hear the name. or how it sounds when you yell it at the park or backyard.
I don't dislike any of them and none of them will embarass your girl, rather they are very flattering and feminine.

I would have to say that Zara is my favorite one of the three then would be Lalia, then Lalita.

Lalita is a little too different for my taste. Too much like "Lolita". I know a little girl named Zara and like that name alot. Lalia is pretty.
