I disagree. I think that infants take in their surroundings and express themselves beween 0-5 yrs. but their personality is really developed and shown in the 8-13 year old age, before they react to peer pressure in the teens.
But it sure is fun to see how they develop as toddlers.

There personality is in their genes. They are like that when they are born.
