I am watching Jersey Girl and Jennifer Lopez died while delivering a baby, because she pushed too hard and got an aneurysm. Is that possible to happen today?

I am going to be 24 yrs old and my young uncle he is almost 16 yrs old.He lives with me and my husband currently and i grew up with him because my parents took him in.He became to much of a hassel for them though throwing fits so he came to live with me.As a person he is very shy and quiet only recently coming out of his shell this year.He has problems expressing his emotions the correct way.Anyway i am having a hard time being a parent because i feel like a hypocrite if i tell him not to do something we both know i did?Especially when it comes down to dating, sneaking out,cutting class and partying.I turned out okay and graduated from highschool and went on to graduate from college but only by the skin of my teeth!

I've been feeling alot of back pain for the past 4weeks or so. My sometimes are swollen and then the swollen will go down. At night i feel a little tickle in my stomach and i'm starting to think if its the baby. sometimes i aslo feel pain in my breast as well. i really like to know if i am,but too scared to take a test or go to the doctor. i wouldnt' like the idea if i am cause i'm very young at the moment and not ready for a baby at this time. When i thought i was pregnant which was nov.30th, at times i was feeling normal and aa different time i would feel really sick. I sometimes do get morning sickness but not recently. i would get like a fever. i never vomitted. On dec.26 i got my period, so i was wondering if i could be pregnant? i learn that if your pregnant you will eventually miss your period but i didnt, i had mine. so please can i get some honest answers please,it would really help me alot!

My daughter is adopted and I dont get to see her but I can send gifts,So Its very important that she likes what I get her.The only thing I will not buy her is Bratz.I want to hear about the Big gifts and the Smaller ones.Tell me what your daughter got or wanted for christmas.It would help me out greatly.

I am 14 and my parents are always coming up with strange punishments.My mom says she would spank me if i need it and at night if i wake my younger brothers i get spanked and sent to bed.
Sometimes i get put to bed early for a month like real early half six.
If i act like a lil kid my mum threatens to put me in a diaper, sometimes she makes me go for a nap if im acting like a baby in her eyes.
If we dont eat our dinner in our house we have to go tobed.
I get grounded and home boot camp too it all depends.
Do any of these things happen to you?I come from a big family and my parents always take sides against us kids is that fair?
Does your 14yr old have a bedtime....or do you have a bedtime if u r 14?

i think my girlfriend is blackmailing me. i had sex with her, i put my sperm inside her but it was not deep enough. and after that sex she complained to me that she was not satisfied, i mean she did not have orgasm. but after a month she told me she is pregnant and is bearing my child. i want to know that can pregnancy occur after a sexual intercourse in which the female was not satisfied(did not have orgasm)...plz help

How often do you have moments of doubt or the thought that you're just not cut out for it? Are you ever so tired that you're just not yourself - scattered and/or keyed up a and just trying to keep it together?
Don't misunderstand, I'm not on the verge of a breakdown or depressed or anything, and I love my daughter beyond words. I give her everything she needs not to mention boatloads of love...but this isn't a question of love. I'd do anything for her, that's a given. I'm just so tired.
As a parent, especially those who have a full-time job outside of the home, where do you get inspiration? How do you make yourself fully available for your kid(s), yet keep a sense of self? Is there an achievable balance?
I am new at this and still learning day by day...I've always been a fiercely independent person. So I know that's part of the issue here...the adjustment (to put it mildly!) of having her in my life and feeling confident that I'm doing a decent job. What's your experience?

I really need some advice. I know I did wrong. But It's not like that. I messed around with my ex b/f. Just messed around we did not even finished having sex. We had never done it. I promise. But that was back in Oct. and now I'm 8 weeks pregnant and even though I did have a period in Oct. and a Nov. period I'm just so scare

My oldest daughter has medium length thick curly hair. When I brush it gently with detangler, it hurts her and she cries. So if we aren't leaving the house that day, I won't brush it. I feel like I'm torchering her for no reason. I've tried to get her to cut it shorter, but she says she doesn't want to look like a boy. She's 6 years old. Do you think I should just brush her hair everyday or is it ok that I don't brush it on days we don't leave the house?

My appetite has been really weird since I was about 5 weeks. (i'm now 8 weeks) First I ate and craved a lot. Then about week 6 I wasn't hungry much. I had to put at least a little bit of food in my stomach every few hours so I didn't get nausious. Now I am eating a little bit more. My problem is I crave more fruits then anything. My body doesn't really like veggie's right now (which I usually love) Is it a real danger to skip out on most veggie's at this time, since they have the most vitamins and nutrients? I crave pickles and I can eat raw baby carrots at time's but that's about it. Oh maybe a salad here and there.

Ok since that might have been confussing, I basically want to know, should my baby turn out fine even if i'm not eating a whole bunch of veggie's each day?

Also I have lost a few pounds in the 2 months being pregnant compared to most people gaining. Is that ok?

My 9 year old is very smart, he is in G.A.T.E. and at the beginning of the school year he was in all the advanced classes. But he refused to do the work. all his teachers say the say thing, "Raistlin is the smartest kid in my class but he just wont do the work" I have punished like crazy and I just don’t know what else to do to get this child to do his work, all suggestions welcomed. .

My 10 year old daughter has been sleepwalking for about 5 years now and I am really concerned. I have asked two doctors who have said that she will eventually grow out of it. She does it at least twice a week and has no recaletion the next day. Sometimes she will talk nonsense and one time she freaked me out by laughing hysterically. I am so scared that she is going to injure herself or go outside that I let her sleep with me sometimes. This is also a problem because she wants to go on sleepovers at friends houses but one time she went into a girls parents bedroom and didn't remember! The other time at a Girl Scouts sleepover in a musseum she woke up on the other side of the building with a different troop and didn't even know how she got there. I don't know what to do please help if you have any ideas or you have had a child outgrow this!
