I lost weight the first four months of my second pregnancy and have lost three pounds in the first 15 weeks of my third. I am not as hungry, I just eat because I know I should. If you were under weight before you became pregnant you should be concerned, otherwise eat well and take care of yourself.
Pregancy cravings tend to steer you toward what your body and the baby is needing. Fruit provides vitamin C amoung other great things and maybe that is just what your body needs. Eat well and try to incorporate veggies into your meals, even if it is only a couple of bits. You can alo try some sweeter veggies like garden peas and sweet corn on the cob.
Best of luck to you and I hope everything goes well.

As long as you are taking a prenatal vitamin skipping out on some veggies is fine. Your baby will be competely fine! Also most women actually do not put on weight the first 12 weeks or lose weight so that also is perfectly normal.

I think you will be just fine. As long as you are taking your prenatal vitamins, those will give you the right amount of nutrients you need for your baby and you. Just eat the foods you can- how I look at it, when you get a craving of something, that's your body telling you your baby is taking that nutrient out of you, so you need to eat that food to replace it. So eat whatever you crave! :)
Goodluck, and it isn't uncommon to lose a few pounds- you'll get it back. Just keep eating healthy, exercise and you'll be just fine!

As long as you are taking your prenatal pills you should be fine and eat what veggies you can when you can, you appetite for foods will continue to change through out your pregnancy so eat what you can when you can. And about the weight loss many women loose weight in the beginning and then gain it in the last 2 or three months. So don't worry and congrats.

as long as you take your vitamins you should be fine. One of my friends could only eat dry chicken breast a dry baked potato and jello. Her baby was fine. Eat what you crave and what you can, there are a lot of vitamins and nutrients in fruit too. And don't worry your appetite will come back with a vengeance.
Have a happy and healthy pregnancy!

As long as you are taking a prenatal vitamin your baby will be fine. And some women do lose weight at the start of their pregnancy from being sick. That is also OK. Good luck

MY doc said that was normal, I ate fruit more than anything else during my whole pregnancy, I'm now 39 weeks and I still continue to eat tons of fruit mainly tangerines, mango and pinnaple.

you should be getting an appetite later on. its still early for you and in the morning sickness stage. it is common to lose weight in this time frame. you will start gaining weight in the 2nd trimester. congrats.
ps. dont forget to take your prenatal vitamins, that makes all the difference

Yes, it's fine, but don't skip any meals to control weight.
You will lose the pregnancy weight after the baby is born.
