My partner and i are both same sex couple trying for a baby, we are using donation sperm from our friend who is helping us. last month it was not successfull, has anyone else conceived this way and wot equipment and way did you perform the insemination. we are both desperate for a baby and want it more than anything, anyone any suggestions. thanks

I am 23yrs old and I recently stopped taking b/c. It has been a month me and my boyfriend are having unprotected sex. My last period was on Dec. 14. I was suppose to start today. When would should I take a pregnancy test and it come out accurate? I have tender breast and bloating with light cramping. My boyfriend told me at night my body temp is really high like I would be running a fever. I also have been so tired lately. I really want to know whats going on with me. plz help

Theses kids have nothing in common. The 4yr old likes to play dress-up and girly stuff like that, the 6yr old likes legos and stuff, and the 8yr old likes video games. The only thing i can get them to do together is vedeo games. I know they don't have to play together, but when I play with the 4yr old, the boys want me to play with them and vise versa. I need things to do with them. HELP!!!

I took two pregnancy tests on Satuday, both came out ++ when I was late a little over a week. I told my mom last night, although I don't live with her, she wants me to have the baby and she'll help me in any way possible. Me and my boyfriend are both teens, still in High School. He dosen't want kids, but he also dosen't want me to "miscarriage" or "abort the baby myself" and he has always been against abortion and I have always been for it. I feel like I want to keep the baby, though my grandpa (who I live with) and my dad will flip (parents divorced). My mom said she would get me an abortion and make it private if I wanted to. I just think my bf is afraid of getting into trouble with his parents and that's stopping him from being really positive about this baby. It was an unplanned pregnancy and I fear getting an abortion for many reasons. I don't want to have this baby without him. Help?! What do I do?!

My gf usually takes her birth control pills at 10 o'clock and her period comes on time everyday. This month however, she has been taking it at consistent times (all within 3 hours) due to her work. Sometimes she'd take it at 12, sometimes she'd take it at 11 and it has happened often this month but she has NEVER MISSED A PILL nor has she been late for more than 3 hours. When my gf and I have sex, I do not finish inside of her because I dont trust the pill itself one hundred percent.

With all that said, whats the chances of her getting pregnant? Is it still low even though she would sometimes be 1-3 hours late to take her pill? She's on her last week and should be expecting her period...is the info Ive given any cause for concern?

I have a daughter who is 21 months old today. I have no doubt that she is ready to start potty training. She takes off her diaper when wet or dirty or brings me the tub of wipes if she can. She knows she is wet or dirty, and she does not like it. She has sat on the potty chair on her own a couple of times, but she still hasn't done anything in it. I have read on here that leaving a diaper off can help the process. I have heard both ways that a pull up can help or hurt the process. Can anyone give me some good advice as to what worked well for you? Thanks!

I am a labor doula and have been toying with the idea of starting a pregnancy support for local moms. I have a few questions out there for you pregnant women to help guide me in the right direction:
1) Is this something you think you would be interested in if there was one in your area?
2) What days/times would be best for you?
3) What topics/issues/concerns would you like to discuss?
4) where would be good places to advertise other than doctors/midwives offices?

We fight alot. She never apologizes and always raises her voice. All is emotion with her. I'm rational, highly educated and professional. I'm also disabled and know the time I have left means I'll be dying about when I believe kids most need a strong father figure. I think kids for us is very irresponsible. She has no job to return to though a mba degree just get more dust. What would you advise for each of us? Your imput would be much appreciated by me and I hope by her. My husband works long hours and is an obsessive clean freak! When he comes home from work he complains the moment he steps in the door about petty things...(toys, crumbs on the floor, etc...) Anytime he asks our two daughters, ages 6 and 4, to do something or disipline them, they scream and cry,run or totally ignore him. They tell him they hate him or wishes he would go back to work quite often. I know their behavior has hurt my husbands feelings and I've told them their behavior is unacceptable but it still continues...My husband rarely takes the time to spend time with the girls but does make it a point to spend time with our 3mo. son. I wonder if this has made the girls jealous and if this is the reason for it, but it was this way before my son was born it's just gotten worse. I want my kids to have a good relationship with their father but I'm not exactly sure what I can do to help make the relationship better. I would appreciate any suggestions.

We have a 7 mo. son together. So that's why I'm asking in this forum because ya'll (or most are parents). MY boyfriend is laid off and has been for the past 2 or months. We can not afford to pay our bills, they are way behind. His mom gives us money to help buy groceries etc. And I'm so thankful for that. My family helps out a lot too, but I feel like I shouldn't ask them for anything (his mother either) because I feel that he should be doing more to get bills paid. He goes out frequently, to the casino, and he says when I get upset about it, that the money he wins goes to paying bills, but it really doesn't, it's paid one $39 phone bill. He goes out a drinks, stays up until 7 am and then sleeps all day and (i feel) most of the time starts the whole oredeal over again. If he's not at the casino he is downstairs on his computer playing games and drinking, but he does do that after our son goes to bed. What should I do? I'm thinking about leaving, I'm tired of it.

I have been taking clomid 5-9 for the last two months, which made me have a 34 day cycle. For this month I took it 3-7. I'm on cd 33 today. Do you think I have already missed my period or it still may come tomorrow, even though I switched the days? I have weird twinges on my left side, but no breast tenderness. I have also been thirsty a lot and using the bathroom more often.

Is it just me or are all kids pretty much spoiled rotten brats now days?
I look all around me and i see kids swearing at their parents,hitting and kicking, wrecking peoples property and just disrespectful tords anything and everyone. If a word is even mention about how shocking the behavior is to the parents, the parents defend and make excuess for the behavior. why cant they just accept the fact their child is doing wrong and correct it? is it really that hard?
What happen to pride and manners?
What is in store for these kids future?
