It sounds like you are in the UK (from the "get done" part)?

Most of the answers you are getting are for specific US states (and the laws from state to state vary greatly). You need to check the laws for the specific area where you live. If you repost with the full info, you might get better answers. I'm pretty sure the age of consent in the UK is 16, and I don't think they make an exception for partners who are both young (as some US states do). I don't know how much they pursue it if the parents don't make a complaint.

Either way, though, not much you can do about it now. If you turn out not to be pregnant, though, take it as a life lesson and stop screwing around until you're older and more ready to deal with the consequences.

It depends on the state in which you live. He could be prosecuted for statutory rape in some places if it can be proven that he is the father of the child. But this is not your biggest worry, dear! *If* you are pregnant, how on earth will you provide for a child at age 15 or 16? You don't have a high school education, you can't get a full time job, you can't afford food, clothes or a good place for the child to live. What will you do? Please seek help from a local social services counselor, health clinic or religious advisor. You have so much ahead of you - and you are so young. Best wishes and love.

It depends on the laws in your state. It depends on what age they require statutory rape. The state possibly might press charges. Just don't report it or say anything to any officials if you don't press charges. It's kind of stupid on your part not to be using protection not only cause you are too young to be having a baby but also for deadly diseases out there. I know you probably think "it won't happen to me" sorry the HIV virus is not discriminating, it can happen to anyone at anytime. Be more careful. Best of luck and take good care of your baby.

Although having sex and becoming pregnant is not necessarily right, there's nothing involving the law here. He's only 1 year older then you. I'm almost positive that in no states, would this be considered statuatory rape. The best way is to consulate the law in your state, though. I'm not sure where you live. Most states the offender has to be 18 to get into any trouble.

Laws may vary from state to state, but in most states the statutory rape law applies if there is a 2 to 3 year age difference between the offender and the victim. Since you and your boyfriend are only 1 year apart, he should not have problems with the law. If you are pregnant, then I offer you my best wishes and prayers, if you are not pregnant, please wait a few more years.

YOUR 15YRS.OLD AND YOU WANT TO HAVE A BABY ONLY THING I CAN SAY ABOUT THAT IS HAVE YOU THOUGHT ABOUT YOUR TEEN YEARS AND WHAT YOU WOULD MISS OUT ON? AN I'M QUITE SURE YOUR MOM DOESN'T WANT TO BE THE BABY SITTER ALL THE TIME SO THINK ABOUT YOUR CHOICES VERY CAREFULLY, AND YOUR BOYFRIEND IS STILL A MINOR SO IF YOU CONSENTED THE SEX THEN WHY WOULD YOU PRESS CHARGES.

Since he is under age there is nothing to be done .
He may be made to pay child support that is only if u apply to get it.
Stop worrying about this, u both at fault and should take responsibility for the child coming into the world.

If you're 15 then you won't need to press charges, it is statutory rape and the state will proceed without your charges.

Man, learn to type with punctuation before you have unprotected sex, seriously!

No, he can't "get done". He is 16, unless he raped you, he isn't in any more trouble than you are.

Good luck to you and your parents. And please know that condoms are a hell of a lot cheaper than a baby.
