Yes, every pregnancy is different. My first two pregnancies I got sore breasts (my first was a miscarriage at 8 weeks). I was also extremely tired. I just found out I'm 5 1/2 weeks pregnant and don't have sore breasts, just some twinges. I have been a little tired, but my daughter just got over the flu and it messed up her sleeping schedule, so she's still isn't sleeping through the night yet. I just figured my fatigue is due to that. But, I had two blood tests and an ultrasound the other day, so I know everything is normal.

Yep! All pregnancies are different. I had very very little sickness with my first pregnancy. I tend to be sick/nausea late at night. (baby girl)
Second pregnancy. I had no sickness until I was 8 months Pregnant (again at night). (Baby Girl)
Third pregnancy. I had BAD sickness, morning, evening, and at night on and off through out the whole 9 months. (Baby Boy) ~Good Luck & Best Wishes~ !Gotta Love the baby(s-ies)! I know I do, bunches, and bunches! *Smiles* ♥

EVERY pregnancy is 'different' from all others, even with the same mother. You need to have a GOOD doctor to get you through it, no matter what ... if you don't have one, go to the closest University Hospital clinics and ASK ... they'll help you find one, even if it's not at that facility.

Yes, with my first and second, I think the worst thing I had was nausea. With my third, I had many more symptoms.

Yes, completely normal and doesn't signal that something is wrong. It's just a different pregnancy and it may be similiar or completely different than your first.

Yeah, they say everyone is different. If you have a good first pregnanacy you will have a horrible second one (pain wise) and vice versa. Every baby is different!!
