my sitter brings a bag of tricks a new game and science experiments! she also makes them play outside and sets up obstacle courses for them. I have kids that age and they love for her to come over because everytime she has something new and exciting in her purse for them to do together.!

This is part of teaching them about sharing and being social. Their interest is self satisfying and they need some structure to learn to expand their minds. I would say try some crafts with them, they can each do their own thing yet they are all doing the same activity and yes they will each need help. Try a themed craft in which you decide which child gets to complete each part at the end you help all three apply their part to complete the project, this will show them that even though they did their own thing they still worked as a group to complete the project.
There are a lot of web sites that have other ideas arts, learning/teaching and activities. You might try reading to them or playing board games. Remember to keep things simple as you start with them not for their sake but yours.
Good luck

have you tried outside stuff?? like playing kickball in the backyard or coloring?? they can all draw or color, i'm sure.
check out some websites for crafts at home for kids.
if you offer up something new, then i'm sure they will participate.
how about decorating cookies or playing cops and robbers? you could build a campsite in the living room with sheets for the tent and use chairs and the couch to anchor it. then get something for twigs in the fire and fire pit....everyone could pick something to "burn" in the fire. gotta go "hunt" dinner. take a nature trail through the house....anything can be an exotic find with some imagination and a funny "croc hunter" voice!
take care:)

try playing some card games. I have nieces and nephews that come over all the time and my boys are a little older than them. We play a lot of board and card games like uno, skip-bo, guess who is a great game, operation, and sorry.
Hope this helps you out.

Go outside! Just make sure they are bundled up. OR play board games, something challenging for all of them. Or if none of that goes over well. Simply just explain that the have to share and will each get their turn with you!
