im 8 months pregnant and its my first child. should i get ready for the baby or should i say babies. im having twins. twin girls. im a freshman in COLLEGE and my oy friend dosnt know about me being pregnant. bc he has been gone from college for...welll 8 months. but please i need your help.and if you can please can you give me twin girls names thank you all very much. and my bf is a very lovung guy. so if im to be a mom he will be there and support me and the kids. so just wanted to let you all know. thank you every one.

my baby is so fussy hes 7months old and he doesnt play with his toys nor is he happy when u play with him.. hes getting two teeth at the same time so i dont know if thats it...but his fussyness turns into hardcore crying i try EVERYTHING under the sun and it never seems to work..most of the time he just cries himself to sleep what can i do...im losing so much sleep im forgetting things i shouldnt be..like how much a nickel is...im getting headaches losing my appetite please help immma gonna go crazy and plus the dad never helps he just gets mad at the baby and the grandparents just look at me like well do something....please help

i need help with these how much would each cost a month
diapers, undershirts, socks and tights, hats, mittens, bibs, nursing?formula, shampoo, soap, oil & lotion, power/ointment, cotton balls, baby wipes, laundry detergent & fabric softener. How much would this equipment cost. bathtub, cradle, car seat, baby carrier, bottles, nail clippers, toys, waterproof mattress covers, sheets & mattress pads, bumper pads for crib, heavy blankets, receiving blankets, camera & film or photographer. How much would the medical cost. doctor, health insurance, prenatal and baby vitamins.
Please help this is for school where i have to take care of a fake baby for 3 days before i can do it i need to get the cost

i recently found out that i miscarried. i haven't had a d&c, so i mainly have my period. i gush blood like crazy at times and other times i spot. and cramping...WOW! it's the most painful thing i've ever had happen not just phisically but mentally. my dr. gave me pills to "regulate" the bleeding making it more of a regular flow and the cramps are starting to subside. has anyone else had these symptoms after a miscarriage? how long did it last? did you have to have a d&c to stop it?

The first day of my last period, which was in december, was December 7, 2006. its been a month already and i'm kinda freaking out. My boobs are really tender and i've been having cramps since last week but theya re not as bad as last week. I dont want to get my hopes up high or tell my husband until i know for sure. I have searched ebay, they are more expensive than just buying them! We are having a boy, and have no sheets for the crib we got him at a thrift store. I can never find crib sheets at any second hand store, or they are just as expensive as new ones. Has any one found a good site, or know where to look online to find a good deal on crib sheets? This may be a stupid question, but why are we not supposed to lift heavier stuff when pregnant?? I work with dogs and have to lift them all day long. Is it only in the 3rd trimester, or through the whole pregnancy that I shouldn't be lifting?

I don't know why it didn't occur to me to ask my doctor this question at my appointment, but: which form of ultrasound is a "pelvic ultrasound" - meaning is it the internal probe kind, or the external on pelvis area kind? I am 11 weeks pregnant, and all my prescription says is "fetal viability, pelvic ultrasound".
When I called to make the appointment, they told me to drink 32 oz. of water. I don't know if this makes a difference for what type of ultrasound it is.
I assumed, and am still hoping, it would be external, but my friend said hers was internal. I have had internal before and I know it's not a big deal, but I would much rather have external. Thanks!

My friend, "Angela" is verbally abusive towards her one-year-old daughter, saying things like: "Shut up stupid god damned baby. I really hate you sometimes!" Angela never says anything nice to this baby when I'm around, instead she always screams horrible things at her for no reason, and leaves her crying in the other room for very long periods of time saying "If she weren't such a brat, I might actually want to spend time with her, but she just gets on my nerves." Today, Angela called me saying that the baby kept trying to climb up the stairs and no matter how many times she screamed "NO" the baby kept climbing. They don't have a gate, and I told her they need to buy one, but she said, "She'll only have to fall down once before she won't ever want to try that again." I am a mother of 3 children and have never spoken to or about my kids this way. Angela and I have been friends for 17 years, but I have never seen this side of her before. What should I do?

My Son just turned 16 months. Now also he is not at all interested in chewing the food, he will directly swollow it. If regular food given,he will either take out the food from his mouth or gag. I have to blend the food for him to eat. Did somebody had the same problem. Any ideas how can I make him chew food.

my 21 month old son's father has NOT been involved from the moment i found i was pregnant with him, fortunatly i was able to find a guy to whom treats my son like his own and i am 8 months pregnant with his child. anywho, i do not want to go for child support for my sons father because i feel it will give him more reason to see my son and have over night visits, which i will not let this man be left alone with MY child if my life depended on it. is this a good idea? or will it hurt my son?
