I would prefer if it were clay pottery, but that it not necessary. I am not looking for mobile centers which will come to you, but rather shops that I can go to.

Best bet is the little chef on the A14 at Newmarket. The staff there are so dilatory you could paint an entire cafetiere, coffee and tea set and make off with them before anyone noticed.
