This is only a question for your OB doc, as they have your file, and they are the only one that should be answering this, not anyone on yahoo. I say this, because I am a nurse and it can change from person to person.

I would be very careful, things like Sudefed are not OK. The only cough medicine that I was allowed was Senega and Ammonia. It is available at the chemist and is OK when you are Pregnant. The best thing you can do is rest and drink plenty of water. Good luck, its horrible to be sick when you are pregnant.

You can take any type of tylenol, sudafed, and Robatussin. those are the ones that I know of. Your Dr. may recomment others. Good luck!

My ob only suggest benedryl with a tylenol. He doesn't like me to take other things.
