Pregnancy & Parenting - 21 December 2006

I am 32 weeks pregnant and I keep getting this horrible pain in my stomach. To the right of my belly button to be exact. It hurts extremely bad. So bad that it has made me double over the last 2 times that it happens. The pain is not like a contraction (yes, I have been pregnant before) . It is in one designated spot and it feels like someone is grabbing my insides and twisting it really hard. I went to the er last night when it happened and all they did was moniter the baby for about and hour and made sure I wasn't having any contractions. I had another episode today and I went to see my doctor and all he did was listen to the baby's heart beat and tell me the baby was fine. This is getting frustrating because I am in so much pain when this happens and it only lasts for about a minute or two. So by the time I see a doctor it has passed. I just don't want something to be wrong with my baby and they are treating me like I am over reacting. Has anyone ever experienced this pain

My boyfriend's boss is 35. She has one child who is around the age of ten and is currently married to a much older man who has two daughters that are her age. He doesn't want any kids. She doesn't want any kids. So she gave custody to her ex husband (her childs father). When she visits him she is constantly annoyed. She tries to push him off onto other people. If her ex was to get divorced from his current wife (which could happen b/c they are having marital problems) then she would regain custody. She is flipping out because she does not want this child.
What I'm wondering is.. how common is it for a woman who has given birth to a child not to have maternal instincts or any feelings for the child?

I keep leaking something but ive heard that you can leak pee without controlling it. How do I know whether it's just urine or my water bag leaking? Does anyone know.

Ok I had my cycle on Dec 5. It on lasted 2 days with very light bleeding. Yes I been having unprotected sex with my husband. I am 28 and trying to have a baby before 30. I been having all the symptoms. Mild headaches, back aches. increase in appetite, gag reflex, cramps, movement in abdomen, fatigue, hot flashes, getting dizzy once sitting down then getting up and most of all a light,light,light, I mean you can only see it in a very light area, positive pregnagnt test. I am confuse. My husband wants to wait until my next cycle which is Jan 5 to go to the dr. What should I do? Wait on my cycle or go to the doctor?

Why is it that people flip out anytime anyone asks about inducing labor...when they are 37 weeks or more... 37 weeks is a full term pregnancy...and completely safe to deliver at that time...If ya'lls don't have any thing that will actually answer people's questions that they ask about induction at 37+ weeks...why say anything at all? Just curious....

I'm due for period on the 26th. I'm 10 days past ovulation today and I kinda think it may me too early to test tonight or in the morning. But I bought 5 HPT today and I'm tempted to test tonight.

I haven't peed in at least 4 hours, but I have drank at least 20oz of water since then. So I didn't know if that would dilute it so it would be pointless or if I should just go for it OR is it too early?

This is my third pregnancy and I have terrible morning sickness, well actually afternoon and evening sickness. and my food aversions have been really bad, never like this before, where i have actually lost weight. i am about 8-9 weeks and i have lost around 5-6lbs. anyone else have this happen? i know that a little bit from being sick is normal, but how can i even choke anything down when even the sight of food makes me wanna puke?

my last period was nov. 19 and I ovulated between the 1-4 of dec.then a couple days later when I woke up in the morning I stood up out of bed and a clear watery liquid ran down my leg, No kind of odor to it .
