maybe i'm just hoping more than i should. here's the situation... after about a year of waiting for our financial situation to better itself my hubby finally gets his big promotion and we're ready for a baby! We've only been trying for three-four weeks and now I've been very nauseated and dizzy when i'm doing things(for about 5 days) ... if i lay down it will go away evenually. I've been pregnant before and haven't taken a test yet but isn't it too early for morning sickness? I had it very bad last time but not this early i don't believe. noone else i know has a virus with just nausea and no fever.... what else could it be if not that I'm pregnant.. oh yeah I'm not stressed over anything so it's not that.

My 2 yr old had a bowel movement nad it was red!! I thought about the food he ate which was red jello some spaghetti and he had a red juice bar . all this in the past two days. but would it reaelly change his color of his poo. I dont think it would. Im waiting for a call back from the doc. what do you think??????????

My girlfriend told me to take the baby and all of our stuff and get the **** out...and then she left....so now we are packing our bags and we are going to get a hotel room for at least tonight and then we will be flying or driving....to my moms house in florida....my girlfriend said that she didnt want to ever see either one of us again....so what should I do?Some of you told me to call the police others said geta lawyer and call the doctor...I have no idea what I should be doing...I have no idea how to feed my almost 2 day old son....all I do know is how to help myself and change a diaper.....i am so lost.....and I just wanted to thank every1 for helping me

I am trying to get my little girl to sleep to a regular routine but I'm having trouble getting her to settle at a respectable time. My 6 yr old son is in bed and asleep by 7.30 pm but my daughter won't entertain the idea of going to sleep before 9 pm. HELP!

My one year old recently had gastroenteritis and was waking up a few times a night due to vomiting and diarrhea and now that his illness is gone and has been for a few days, he is still waking up every 2 hours expecting a bottle. I try to let him cry for 10 minutes or so at a time to see if he'll go back to sleep, but he won't. I am soooooo tired!! Any suggestions? Thanks!

I am due in April. I am not sure of everything I need to have for my baby. I know all the basics like crib, dresser, ect.. I just want to have everything done and ready for his arrival by March. I am so confused I dont even know where to start!! Any help I can get would be greatly appreciated!! This is my first and I am just wanting to be completly prepared!

Anybody else have this problem? I feel like the very base of my tailbone is spreading apart....it is a raw type of pain. It is hard to even sit most of the time.

I had a cesarean, not a v-birth.....so I didn't damage it in childbirth.

I have a 3 1/2 month old baby girl she weights almost 17lbs and is 25 3/4 inches long. This puts in her in the 97th percentile for weight and 95th percentile in height. So my question is since both are high percentiles don't they even out?

I had a tubaligation almost 8 years ago. I have been having problems with my cycle for the last 6 months. For the last 3, serious signs of pregnancy. I have had my cycle, but they are not normal. My breasts are huge and tender, especially today. Urinating more and I'm so tired. The obgyn says that I must be stressed out, believe me it's no more today than any other day. They ran some tests in October, ultrasound and tyroid. The ultrasound showed a possible fybroid in my uterus, the obgyn isn't concerned. Tyroid test came back normal. I've taken a couple of pregnancy tests, everything is negative. I was 5 days late last month, but the bleeding was very irregular - not nearly as heavy as normal. The doc put me on progesterone, which I only took for a day...terrible migraine from it. I'm 34 and have had 3 children. I am not new to the pregnancy symptoms, but I'm concerned that I may be losing my mind here. Can anyone give me some advice? I don't see the doc until 12-08-06

I have just got my son on a regular schedule of solid foods, he has cereal and fruit in the morning, a veggie and fruit for lunch, a veggie and fruit for dinner, and some cereal before bed. The problem is that he now has no interest in nursing during the day, he will nurse right when he wakes up in the morning, after he has his cereal at night, and he also wakes up several times in the night to nurse (he has been doing this since he was born, it's not anything new). I've tried to give him formula in a sippy cup during the day, because he WILL NOT take a bottle, but he hates the taste of it and spits it right out. From what I have been told he should still be getting all of his nutrients from breastmilk, is that correct? And if so, what should I do to make him nurse more often, he absolutely loves his solid foods gets so excited when I'm getting them ready for him, I would hate to stop feeding them to him, but if I have to for his health then obviously I would.

What can I do? I woke up today to find my six month old flipped over (complete with swaddle, lol) and fast asleep. She has been sleeping on her back always because of the SIDS worry. I know at this age she isn't "out of the woods" yet but she is in the rolly phase...If she does sleep on her stomach it would alleviate the flat spot and the hairless area, which looks pretty weird..thanks!

I have four kids three boys 7, 4, 18 months, and one girl 18 months. The twins are still toddlers, they don't really get in a lot of trouble. I mean RJ hits his sister sometimes, and gets in trouble for that, but other than that, they're angels. It's the older two that I'm having huge problems with! They simply refuse to mind me at all! My biggest problem is trying to get them to help me around the house. If I could just get them to pick up after themselves it'd be a big help. I've tried everything I can think of and nothing it working! I've tried a chore chart, with a reward at the end of the week. I've tried grounding them, although I'm not entirely sure you can ground a 4 year old. I hate to spank them. I reserve spankings for serious wrong doings, things that could be harmful to them or somebody else. I'm just out of ideas here! My mom says they're "out of control" and I need to get a grip on them before they're teenagers. I know she's right, but how do I get them to mind me? HELP!

My son recently started pre-k, the first two days were great for him, then he was so scared to go back and everytime I would bring him to school, all he did was cry the whole 2 1/2 hours there. He kept telling me things that I have never heard come out of his mouth before, like one teacher was yelling at him because he cried for mommy. One incident of many was that when they brought the kids outside to play, the teacher put another students coat on him, twice as big as he and filty, and when I went to get him, I asked him where is your coat, then the teacher came to me saying sorry there was so much confusion. There are 5 kids and 3 teachers.....I pulled him out of that school.
Now he is so scared for me to leave him anywhere, he cries when i leave and when i go to the bathroom, i don't understand why, he has never been like this only when he started school.
What do i do????

I checked my ovulation calender online...it says I would be fertile from the 22-25th of november... If we tried on the 1st of Dec. is there any possible way of getting pregnant? I don't know much about this kinda of stuff, so I am really curious if anybody would happen to know. THANK YOU!!!

This is getting out of hand. When I go to Walmart or even the grocery store I see parents that have their 8 to 10 year olds sitting down in shopping carts. What kind of stupid parent does this? Who is in charge? The kid or the parent? Let me hear from some parents that do this. I would like to know what you have to say. Don't you realize how that looks?
