My husbands great-grandmother is dying in the hospital, the docs say it is any time now. My daughter is nearly 5 yrs. old, and i wonder should i take her? my mother in-law expects us to i think, but i'm not sure what to do. We all love gramma lots and we will all miss her, but can my little girl handle a funeral, or showing? Help!!!

i would like a natural birth with no injections of any kind but im not sure i would be strong enough
can someone please give me some advice on labor...... or things i should know about when labor approaches.. i want to be fully prepared for the excrutiating pain everyone talks about..........

My 7-month old daughter sleeps ~ 11 hours at night (I KNOW!!!). The only problem is that when she wakes in the morning her pjs are soaked through in the front (sleeps on her belly). This happens often. Can anyone reccomend a diaper that would prevent this. I currently am using Pampers Swaddlers Size 2.

i am 37 weeks pregnant and baby has been engaged for a few weeks now, bump has really dropped and i have had 4 bouts of diarhhea soft like stool (sorry for the grosse description) i also feel sick on and off. does this sound like a bug or could it be very early labour? anyone had the same experince? (its my first baby as you can tell) thanks.

serial adulterer? I always thought I should protect them from that information - you know, take the high road. I read something recently that said you should tell them when they ask and they asked. My instincts say don't tell them yet. They are 13 and 16 both girls.

I find myself sleeping on my stomach a lot now. I use to sleep on my sides and nothing but my side. I have taken three pregnancy test and one came out positive. I am scared to go to the docters. I am moody but i am bipoler and stopped takeing my meds just incase i am pregnant i dont want them to do anything to hurt my baby if i am.I also am sleeping a little more. My b/f and i were trying to have a baby and it has been almost 4 months of trying. I dont want to go to the docters because we have been there so much seeing if i am pregnant because i have a late piriod. I was suppose to start my piriod the 26th of Nov. What should we do?

Help, I am due in 6 weeks to give birth and we can not agree to on a baby name. I have a 6 year who is not my husband's son, but they share the same name( my son is named after my late grandfather) . Our 25 month old son sleeps in our room and starts out in his own bed.
The problem is my wife has got him accustomed to 1 or 2 nightly feedings of milk so he wakes up usually once around 12:30 - 0100am at which point she brings him in our bed, feeds him and then he stays in our bed because he wines and cries if we try to put him back in his own bed.

Then he wakes up again around 2:30-3:30 in the morning and gets another feeding of milk. Every time he wakes up he starts wining and crying and we are getting hardly any sleep. I tell her to put him back in his own bed but at his first cry she brings him back into our bed!!!!

How in God's name can I break this cycle????

I have a 17 mth old son and have heard each pregnancy can be different. But can it be that much different? My last period was on Oct. 28th, 2006. My husband and I have had un protected sex. We aren't really trying to have another baby but not trying to prevent it either. About a week before i was suppose to get my period I had a brown discharge for a few days.(I never had this with my first pregnancy) Then it left as fast as it came. Well it is the 6h of Dec and I still have not got my period. I have taken 3 HPT's and they all were negative.(Also never happened with my first pregnancy) I have been feeling sick,(did have that first time), tired, my breasts are sore(didn't have that either),and just about everything else you would associate with a pregnancy. But since I have had 3 negative pregnancy tests is is possible I am pregnant but for whatever reason it isn't showing on the HPT? Please don't tell me to go to the doctor. I already called. I just want other people's opinions.

My 12 yr old daughter has struggled with anxiety for years now, but lately it seems to consume her - she has been in & out of therapy for years - they were trying to teach her behavior modification such as breathing exercizes & meditation to deal with her anxiety, but it just doesn't seem to help - i would love to see her get thru a day without worry - has anyone tried meds & had success & if so, which meds?

im starting a new charity in my area that provides carseats and strollers to needy moms and dads in my area. so far ive had good return with donations, and am about do my first carseat drive. do you think this will take off and people will have a need for this? you would think somthing like this already exsits. but it doesnt. just booster seats. and there are some ways to get one but its very diffecult for most people. i will provide strollers as well, and be a resource for other needs, such as food and clothes. so what do you think? am i wasting my time, or will this be a succses?
