With all of the medicine that you have been pumping into your body of the last few weeks, your system could be messed up. So don't get your hopes up too much.

When I had my IVF done, I tried my best to remain calm until my blood test to confirm (or deny) my pregnancy. It was difficult but I just tried my best to keep myself busy. Once I got a positive blood test, I had to wait 12 days before the confirming ultrasound to make sure that the embryo had attached and was growing properly. Those 12 days were longer than the first 14 days.

Just think good baby thoughts and I wish you the best!!!!!

It really depends on what medications you are on. Usually doctors prescribe some sort of progesterone (usually a shot in an oil-base) that will hold off your period until you stop the shots. Did you do progesterone on your last cycle? Some women bleed though even if they are on progesterone, but most women don't bleed until they stop the shots. You can react very differently to the meds each cycle. It is getting close enough to your blood test time where it may show up on a home pregnancy test, so I would say go for it and find out for sure. Good luck!

GOOD LUCK!

I had Gonal-F and Pergonyl when I became pregnant with my son. I felt I *may* be pregnant and AF was late. But, I was too chicken to take yet another test and see one lone line. So, I know how rough the wait is. But, it sounds like you'll get good news this time!!
