Hey Betterthenyou, heres a question for you. lets say your wife is perfectly healthy and the Dr. says it is OK to have children. Then after beconing pregnant you discover there is a terrible problem that will result in your wifes death. What do you choose, babies death or baby & wifes death? Also at this point is it really your choice to make?
To all, have I encluded enough choices in my statement?

Sister Moose. I couldn't have put it better myself. You are a bit more long winded then I but I totally agree. And yes, You did answer the question as well as all the others. We will never agree or stop the debate.
Margaret, I would not only die for my boys but kill if necessary!
I am pro-death penalty. Why you ask can I be anti-abortion, pro-choice a supporter of the death penalty? The answer is because it is my right under the law & constitution.
I say fry the animals on death row.
You brought it up!

Margaret, While I respect your right to voice your opinion. please address my questions & comments. Don't lump me in with the masses. As I have already stated I can not be truely catagorized. Once again anti-abortion & pro-choice just as Sister Moose. For sure pro death penalty. As for absolution of sins....not my job. I leave that business up to God. As for cutting short their alloted time? Who is to know Gods plan for them/ Maybe that was it all along?
But for sure I have never made this a stance in my position!
Anyway, hey, whatever happened to the pro-choice argument "let them face God's judgment"?

There will never be a middle ground when it involves abortion. You either believe that abortion is murdering a baby or you don't. And if you do believe that it's murdering a baby then you aren't going to be quiet about it, as murder is clearly wrong. Those that don;t believe that it is murdering a baby will have to continue trying to prove how it is not a living thing until a certain gestational period. Unfortunately there will never be an agree to disagree solution to this issue.
For those who describe themselves as pro-abortion, you make it seem as though you feel abortion should not just be a right, but a requirement. I am pro-choice, not pro-abortion and in my volunteer escapades I do everything I can to tell young pregnant women other options besides abortion, while making it quite clear that abortion is an option, and it can be done legally and safely.
If we make abortion illegal once again, what do you think will happen? Abortion will magically stop and all babies will be carried and loved forever and ever? Nope, sorry to burst the lovely little bubble you have built around yourself, abortion will continue, in bathrooms and dirty back alley clinics, it will be more expensive and deadly, not only will there still be dead babies, but dead women to. I have heard so many say, well so what if you want to kill your baby then you deserve to die, that doesn;t sound so pro life to me.
I want women to continue having choices about their lives and their bodies, my government (as much as it pains me to call it mine) should not in any way have the power or authority to tell me what I can and cannot do with myself. I can choose what I wear in the morning, I can choose to accept or decline medical care (although Abraham Cherrix is fighting his own good fight with big brother over this one), I can choose to eat cake for every meal if i want to. I can also choose what happens to me physically, and I can choose how I react to things emotionally.
Did I even answer your questions Lee? I don't know, either way, lets just try to keep as many people safe as possible by not only teaching abstinence, but also teaching sex ed, how to properly use a condom, and birth control. Lets prevent unwanted pregnancies instead of teaching nothing about it and then calling those who make a mistake murderers.
EDIT: turns out Abraham is no longer fighting for the right to choose his own medical care, he won!

I will never be OK with murder. I can't agree to disagree on that issue. What if we all agreed to disagree on whether child rapists should go to jail? I will not compromise my morals and as long as I have a say, as a voter, about what goes on in the country, then I will not back down just so no one gets offended.
I do think we should focus on sexual education and premarital intercourse and lack of education along with the abortion issue as abortions are just a symptom of the main disease... but hey, I'm just one voice. It seems like the ones out having multiple abortions because they can't be bothered to use a condom seem to be the loudest of all. I wish it weren't set up that way and that girls would still be ashamed of their behavior like the old times, but its the age now where instant gratification is more important than hard work and morals.
It's a sad world we live in, but a few of us old schoolers who still think morals belong in our society are still around. They try to silence us, but I refuse to let them destroy all of us.

Im against murdering babies for any reason no matter what. If a woman gets pregnant and feels the babies is a burden on her life then she should adopt the baby out. I dont blame rape victims for their situation because its not there fault, its also not the childs fault and killing the child will not make you forget you were raped, it will only remind you that you wen t through a tramatic ordeal and murdered an innocent child. I feel adoption is the best way. If for some medical reason having children may cause you or your child harm, dont get pregnant.

i definately dont agree with abortion.. its soooooooooooo wrong. i lost my son two years ago aged 6 weeks... thru medical problems of bein premature... who gives anyone the right to play god.. as far as i see it if u dont want a baby dont have unprotected sex... a child is precious and anyone the has an abortion is just selfish and heartless... theres more things than abortion like adoption.. there are so many childless couples out there who would do absolutely anythin to have a child....

Well we might as well beat a dead horse.
How about we just murder all the people who are for abortion, so they can change their minds when they see what its like to die painfully, and unknowingly?
That would definitely solve the problem. :D

we'd either have more babies or loose them anyway in childbirth.
or we'd lose the mommy during childbirth
you're choice.
cuz you do realize that some woman can't give birth. or there's just something wrong with them and they can't
